Fun fact: `--dangerously-skip-permissions` doesn't actually approve EVERYTHING—we still block some obvious things like `rm -rf ~`. But today's release will let you disable this if you really want, by setting a new env var `CLAUDE_CODE_EVEN_MORE_DANGEROUSLY_SKIP_PERMISSIONS=1`

I made some realistic fire with Opus 5.5 this is a real 3D combustion sim with 6.1 million cells, the flame colors are from blackbody physics + sparks and embers no assets and no sound files were used

If you have enough usage limit left and want to max out your 5h limit without hitting it, tell Claude to look at your usage. Depending on how much is left, it can use more or fewer subagents, work harder, etc. It's just amazing.

I wanted to clarify that this is NOT a paid post (and neither is this one). ​And I was wrong: after some testing, it is definitely not better than Opus 5.5, and the rate limits are not good on subscriptions. ​It's still a solid model. It doesn't overthink as much as Kimi K3 and brings many improvements, but I don't see myself using it over Opus 5.5.

Holy shit. Kimi K3.1 Pro (max) is like 3x cheaper than Opus 5.5 and even slightly better than Opus 5.5 on Terminal Bench 4.0???
