After facilitating over $1.6 billion in volume, @BlockradarHQ has expanded into Asia, launching stablecoin payouts in India, the Philippines and Thailand for USDT, USDC and EURC.
A couple of weeks ago, I went from Kenya to Singapore and back to London. In between, there were tuk-tuk rides, chicken rice, friends who sorted out my missing luggage, and friends who took me in when I fell sick. Plenty of little moments that reminded me why I love both places.
Somewhere along the way, I also found myself thinking about the work we do. I spend so much time talking about how money moves in these posts, but on this trip, I was the person trying to turn my dollars and pounds into money I could use for everyday life.

Truth is, Kenyan farms make money every season, but lenders can't price what they can't see and will default to asking for bank statements and payslips. That blind spot is a big part of why agriculture stays underfunded.

We publish our on-chain data openly on Dune, because infrastructure this important should be verifiable, not taken on trust.
So it's good to see AfriFlux build on that open data and map the footprint. The hard part isn't the headline number, it's mapping the infrastructure underneath the venues, which almost no one does well. They did.
