Al Michaels is so over this game. He just gave a 10 minute story completely unrelated to the game and admitted at the end it sounded like a bedtime story
#Vikings QB Carson Wentz says he understands why Justin Jefferson is frustrated about not getting the ball as much as he wants:
“Just get him the rock. He's as good as I've been around. ... I want to get him the rock as much as anybody.”
#Chargers OC Mike McDaniel says he’s making a change this week, moving from the sideline to the booth to call plays:
“I think we’re going to try that this week. Seems like a good action to take based on how things have gone this year.”

#Browns DE Jared Verse says he was upset his teammates didn’t stand up for him after #Steelers G Mason McCormick threw him to the turf—and he had that conversation with them.
“That honestly could have put me in a position to not be able to finish the season, put me in a position to change my life in a very bad aspect.”
The #Colts, after moving too quickly in trading Quenton Nelson and DeForest Buckner, seem to have taken the position of: Let’s slow down, wait until the deadline and see if the offers increase before making any more trades.

#Rams CB Jaylen Watson, signed this offseason to a 3-year, $51M deal, will miss the rest of the 2026 NFL season due to a shoulder injury that requires surgery.
A big loss.
#Browns QB Shedeur Sanders on the Saints defense:
"Yeah, I've seen a lot. When I smile, just know that means something. (laughs) I'm maturing, you know what I'm saying? I'm maturing. Like, I could have gave that a decent answer, but now I'm just going to smile."
#49ers HC Kyle Shanahan was asked about Brandon Aiyuk and the fact he could show up Friday:
"I have no expectation. I’ve kind of moved on with that mentally.”
#49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk has filed for reinstatement and is prepared to report to the team’s facility on Friday, per @AdamSchefter.
Once he does, San Francisco can’t turn him away. The options are to keep him, cut him or somehow find a trade.
#Seahawks QB Sam Darnold also cracked a rib on the second play of Monday night's game … and played the rest of the game through it.
This was the hit from #Bears DB Kyler Gordon 👇
Jacoby Brissett's last few months:
• Doesn't have an agent
• Was the default offseason QB1 for Arizona.
• As a result, he held-in at #Cardinals camp and negotiated his own reworked deal: $15.5M guaranteed (up to $21M)
• Started 8 games for Arizona
• Benched for Gardner Minshew on Monday
• Traded to the #Ravens on Wednesday
Now he'll take over a Baltimore team trying to save its season.
Just in: The #Eagles will start Joe Milton on Sunday vs. the #Giants and are benching Tanner McKee after just three starts, per @AdamSchefter.
Milton joined the team on October 16.
