BREAKING: Federal authorities raid a Beverly Hills mansion in connection with an investigation involving former Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell, Fox News has learned.
The search comes after the FBI searched Swalwell's Washington, D.C., home in August and seized his electronic devices at San Francisco International Airport.
Swalwell resigned from Congress and dropped his California gubernatorial bid following multiple sexual misconduct allegations, including accusations from a former staffer.
The latest raid follows another development involving newly declassified FBI records about Swalwell's relationship with a suspected Chinese intelligence operative.

First, I would also argue the margin of error is more likely 3-3.3% rather than under 3%; again, making Darline more competitive with Andrews.
Second, if black voters turnout strong than in the last midterm (they've been turning out at lower rate); then this race is likely more competitive.
Lastly, MAGA voters are notorious for not answering polls. They're also notorious for turning up on election day in large numbers. Do NOT underestimate MAGA on election day. They will be the ones to decide this race.
As an aside, I beat Andrews by 14 points in 2022. She lost her job at MUSC during our campaign. Her positions are nasty. She is the easiest Liberal White Woman to beat on the ballot and Darline is struggling. Very concerning in a red state. Should not be this close.

The video has drawn more than 7 million views, with Mamdani outlining the right to remain silent and restrictions on ICE entering private spaces without a judicial warrant.
Rep. Brandon Gill also criticized the mayor, accusing him of "coaching illegal aliens in a foreign language on how they can avoid being lawfully deported."
