I think it would be too soon though. Better for 2034. RLWC has to make money so that means going where the TV deals, sponsors and ticket sales are. And that means it’s got to be NZ, with maybe a couple of games in Fiji (and possibly Tonga and Samoa?) in 2030.
Interesting concept. You name most of your squad and are not obliged to field the team on listed here, I believe. Not sure why any coach wants to declare their hand 5 days before a game, or even knows their best team yet. What happened to earning a place in training in the week?

The Prime Minister presented a special recognition award at the Pride of Britain Awards to honour the founders of Andy’s Man Club, Elaine and Luke.
In 2016, Andy Roberts, Elaine’s son and Luke’s brother-in-law, tragically took his own life at just 23 years old. The pair went on to create Andy's Man Club, a male suicide prevention charity that has grown from a single group in Halifax to more than 360 groups nationwide.

The GRU hacked into Jared Kushner's iPhone. Dutch military intelligence (MIVD) then recruited a GRU spy who gave them access to the hacked phone. What MIVD discovered was that Kushner had access to two bank accounts --one Azerbaijani, the other Israeli --where Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Emirati ruler Mohammed bin Zayed deposited money. It sounds like a slightly far-fetched episode of "Slow Horses," but it's real. And it proves just how eye-poppingly corrupt this administration was and continues to be as its "special envoy" decides the fate of tens of millions in Europe in the Middle East.
