LACK OF FUNDING SHUTTERS BUILD TRAINING PROGRAM I'm so frustrated & disappointed about this announcement. We negotiated in good faith for over 2 years. My heart aches for those who won't have a chance to build the life they've dreamed about for themselves & their families. 😢.
