Police arrested and charged the Ohio man’s son Daniel Jones, who revealed in court his preferred name is Asia Nguyen-Duy, in their deaths. "Our community will be hurting for a very long time, and when the shock of this news subsides, we will all need to process our grief," Oberlin College President Carmen Twillie Ambar shared in a statement. "This processing will sometimes be together and sometimes alone, but we will need to take the time to do so." Asia Nguyen-Duy is being held on a $3 million bond.
