One mistake some people make is opening up to everyone they meet. Telling strangers about their struggles
They trust too quickly and assume everyone is like them.
Open up only to people who have been tried and trusted, some just want to use your struggles against you

Don't take drugs in the dark even if you're familiar with the package.
Make sure there is enough light for you to read the label of the drug.
You might take another drug by mistake and this mistake might cost you your life.
Make sure you SEE and KNOW the drug.
