25th Amendment. Impeachment. Trump is a threat to our country and to the world. He has to go.
I’m saddened to hear of Dolores Huerta’s passing. She was a trailblazing leader and fearless advocate for workers, women, immigrants, and many other human rights causes. Her lasting legacy of activism, organizing, and empowering vulnerable communities, in Denver and across the country, will live on for many years to come.

Trump is charging American families for the price of his illegal war. Costs continue to climb, yet Trump’s exit strategy is nowhere to be found. The only thing coming from this war are higher bills and less security.
The war must end.
The Trump administration remains hellbent on destroying our public health. His announcement today to weaken methane restrictions, a main driver for climate change, for Big Oil polluters will harm Americans’ health.
I passed the bill to tighten methane emissions from these companies, and now he’s reversing them at the behest of his wealthy donors. Shameful!

In 2024, we took significant strides when the @EPA finalized a comprehensive rule to cut methane emissions from the oil and gas sector. Now, Donald Trump and Lee Zeldin are preparing to get rid of that rule, focusing on the profit of these companies instead of protecting Americans' health.

The administration’s unilateral dismantling of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s grantmaking operations is an illegal impoundment of Congressionally appropriated funds. Under Article I of the Constitution, the power of the purse rests strictly with Congress, not the executive branch. Trump’s administration cannot simply refuse to spend the resources we authorized for lifesaving health care research. Republicans must join Democrats in demanding that the Constitution is upheld.
