9 YEARS! NO JUSTICE! NO FREEDOM! TO RETURN HOME! Nine years ago today, Jagtar Singh Johal was abducted by plain-clothed officers in India & subjected to 3rd degree torture by Indian police. Although granted bail on 1 October 2026, Jagtar remains trapped in India, with a constant threat to his life, unable to return to his home & family in the UK. 9 years on, no evidence or proof has ever been produced on the charges against him. The Prosecution has also failed to call its alleged witness to give evidence. Meanwhile, the UK Government has failed to take meaningful action to secure his return and protect his rights as a British citizen. BAIL IS NOT FREEDOM.
