This election is our last chance to at least rein in some of the foolishness of this Administration. We need real leadership with concrete plans to lower costs, make health care more affordable, make housing more affordable, and get utility bills under control. Let’s do what we can to make @KeishaBottoms the next Governor of Georgia. Let’s go send Jon @Ossoff back to the Senate. And let’s put this country back on the path to a better future.

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️A major discovery dispute has erupted in Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri’s lawsuit against Top Dawg Entertainment, Brandon Tiffith, Anthony Tiffith Jr. and David Harrell. The parties filed a JOINT statement ahead of an INFORMAL DISCOVERY CONFERENCE November 2, 2026 at 10:30 AM The defendants say they are preparing to file a formal motion for sanctions over what they characterize as the intentional destruction of evidence, potentially asking for sanctions as severe as TERMINATING SANCTIONS, which could include dismissal-related relief. According to the defense, a forensic collection of Linda Luna’s phone and laptop allegedly revealed that certain messages were missing even though portions survived through screenshots, reactions or the defendants’ own records. The defense claims the allegedly missing messages included affectionate, flirtatious and sexual communications with Brandon Tiffith and Anthony Tiffith Jr. that they argue bear directly on CONSENT and CREDIBILITY. They also accuse Luna of previously denying under oath that she deleted messages. The defendants separately point to a handwritten journal Altayri allegedly referenced in a 2024 text as supporting her allegations. According to the filing, Altayri later said the journal had been lost during a move. The journal has NOT been produced. The defense also highlights a June 2025 text in which Luna allegedly told Altayri to delete a Clubhouse profile after a preservation notice had already been issued. Defendants argue these issues justify sanctions because potentially important contemporaneous evidence can no longer be fully reconstructed. Luna and Altayri dispute the accusation of intentional spoliation. Their attorneys argue👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 • Defendants have NOT shown that any messages were deleted AFTER a legal preservation duty arose. • The cited messages date back to 2019 and 2020 • Luna denies deleting relevant messages after the lawsuit was filed. • The defense forensic “gap report” does NOT establish intentional deletion. • Altayri says her Clubhouse profile was already gone and contained nothing relevant. • Her handwritten journal was lost during a move. The plaintiffs also argue that many of the allegedly missing messages still survive through reactions, screenshots or other records, meaning the defendants have not suffered the type of prejudice necessary for case-ending sanctions. The filing also says TDE’s own production contains missing-message gaps. Plaintiffs point to one message thread involving Brandon Tiffith where certain sexually explicit messages allegedly appear in a photograph of the phone but are absent from the exported data. They argue that missing electronic messages can occur through ordinary operation of electronic systems and do NOT automatically prove intentional destruction. WTF?
Thanks to the Supreme Court if you were wrongfully convicted, and you discover a new evidence, you cannot use it to get out of prison. this is dangerous.. so innocent people will be executed.

🚨 "WELL, THAT'S WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE." Police in Pennsylvania pulled over a Black mother and accused her of a "drug transaction" after she handed her son his forgotten coffee cup outside his home. Fairview Township, Pennsylvania "What did you hand off to the gentleman that walked out of his house?" the officer asks 55-year-old business owner Biancha Tatum on video. "His coffee cup," Tatum tells him. "I'm tired of him leaving his mess in my car." The officer still asks to search her vehicle: "Well, that's what it looked like." "I'm a business owner, okay? I don't sell drugs, do drugs… I gave him a coffee cup. It was a white coffee cup!" Should handing your son his coffee cup ever be probable cause for a police stop?

🚨 Jay Roebuck says the way AVIEL CALEV HIRSCHFIELD aka GOODBYE CALEV’S “JANICE STFU” lawsuit against DRAKE ended makes the secret PAYOFF/NDA theory make NO SENSE. The case was withdrawn and dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE, meaning Calev could potentially file again. Roebuck says “If Drake PAID this guy off… why would the case not be dismissed WITH PREJUDICE so that it cannot be reopened?” He argues no high priced legal team would allegedly pay someone, then leave the door open for them to sue AGAIN. Jay also says people he’s spoken to claim Drake doesn’t know Calev at all: “Word on the street is that this was all MADE UP.” Jay says he’s heard it described as a potential “MONEY GRAB,” while making clear he personally doesn’t know Calev or his motivations. Salt-N-Pepa sold more than 15 million records.. waited more than 35 years for copyright law to hand their masters back.. and when they asked for them, their music disappeared from Spotify and Apple Music. Push It, Shoop, Whatta Man. Decades of hits, and the duo does not own the recordings. "Fans are like, where's the music?" says Cheryl James, known as Salt. Salt-N-Pepa are Cheryl James and Sandra Denton. Universal Music Group controls their masters. Under copyright law, she says, recordings revert to the artists after 35 years. The court record: 1986: Hot, Cool & Vicious, the debut album one fan now tells her she plays "every single day." More than 35 years later: the duo files the paperwork to take the recordings back. "We did all the right things," she says. 2025: Salt-N-Pepa sue Universal to get their masters. Universal's answer: a stipulation it says stops the rights from reverting. Then the catalog comes off streaming. The case for Salt-N-Pepa: the law sets a clock, the clock ran out, the paperwork was filed. "It's only fair that we get it back." The case for Universal: the label points to the terms of the deal and says the reversion does not apply to these records. Salt says the fight is bigger than one duo: "We're also fighting for other women, other artists." Then the twist. The man behind their early records was Herbie, the producer for the Idol Makers. Salt was his girlfriend, learning in the studio next to him. She wrote and produced Expression herself. It went platinum. She says she still felt she couldn't call herself a producer. Now her solo album, Salty and Lit, is coming out independently. In the video below, asked about the dispute with UMG, Salt says: "They're just stalling, using it as an excuse not to give us back our music." Should a decades-old contract outweigh a law written to give artists their work back?
