SBI Holdings, Startale Group and @BlackRock have signed an MOU to connect tokenized money market funds with JPYSC, Japan's trust-type yen stablecoin.

🚀 This week’s key updates from Startale
■ SBI Holdings and Startale Group joined @openstandard and will explore a pilot connecting JPYSC with Open USD (OUSD). A first step toward yen–dollar settlement onchain and in real time.
■ Startale Japan launched the Startale Bond, Japan’s first digital corporate bond to pay both interest and principal redemption in a yen stablecoin. It puts JPYSC into a real corporate financing transaction, demonstrating how stablecoins can move capital through traditional financial instruments.
■ @StartaleApp launched an ETH vault and two USDC vaults powered by @morpho, including one lending against PGNGI+ tokenized by @AssetoFinance. Estimated returns are now shown before deposit.
SBI Holdings and Startale Group have joined @openstandard.
Together we are advancing interoperability between JPYSC, the trust-type yen stablecoin issued by SBI Shinsei Trust Bank, and Open USD, a shared dollar stablecoin for global financial activity.
Together with Open Standard and its extensive partner network, we see an exciting opportunity to expand how digital money moves, starting with a proof of concept pilot to explore faster and more efficient dollar-yen settlement between OUSD and JPYSC.
