Hey @BestBuy, what an absolute disaster.
I waited 2 hours before opening with ~30 people ahead of me.
Then HUNDREDS emerged from their cars to “join friends” in line.
4 hours wasted. No Pokémon 30th Anniversary products. Just a booster bundle and a few packs.
To top it off, I left my chair behind. Your customer service says I need to DRIVE AN HOUR BACK just to find out if it's there.
Apparently nobody can call the store.
Meanwhile, @GameStop uses preorders and organized systems instead of turning releases into a free-for-all.
