It didn’t feel right from the start.
5-1 is an awfully good start.

Happy Sunday!
"Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?"
He said to him, "You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment.”
Great job, @johnholtnews, hosting the U.S. Senate debate on @fox4kc Wednesday night! They let Heather McMichael and me manage the media behind the scenes and paid us in pizza. 🍕
Election Day will be here before you know it. 🇺🇸

To reverse it, the agony of defeat, the thrill of victory.
My heart isn't breaking for the #Chargers, and I'm not excited about Tampa. But October is a very fun sports month.

Happy Sunday!
“We give thanks to God always for all of you, remembering you in our prayers, unceasingly calling to mind your work of faith and labor of love and endurance in hope of our Lord Jesus Christ…”

Three cheers for the Chicago #WhiteSox on a @Royals 2014-15-type run into the playoffs. I hope they’re back for a good long time and am particularly happy for former Royal, GM #ChrisGetz, and front office guy Jin Wong and family. ⚾️
Happy Sunday!
“My God will fully supply whatever you need, in accord with his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. To our God and Father, glory forever and ever. Amen.”
He was old as my mom is now. And put up with the same amount of BS.

I don’t know why I’m so tired today. The game ended 6:54 PM CT.
I could use the early bye week after that one. #ChiefsKingdom
Happy Sunday, the Memorial of St. Francis of Assisi!
“Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”
This happened in Sept, but I didn't get it posted until the great month of Oct. Any time is a great time to volunteer to serve families at @rmh_kc, a place near to my family's heart and #NationalBeef's family.
Frankly, the STEAK fajitas we made were as good as anyone's.
It wasn't such a bad @Royals year... for a bad year. A tad under .500 since the All-Star Break. Players like Caglianone and #CarterJensen were fun to watch.
And how 'about those #WhiteSox?
Happy Sunday!
“… (God) bestowed on him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bend, of those in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
I became a fan of the his team because of him and got to work with him for 14 seasons. Always, always the Voice of the @Royals...

A tad past my bedtime, and they used every second. @Chiefs, 2-0.

Happy Sunday!
“The LORD is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and of great kindness.
The LORD is good to all and compassionate toward all his works.”
My former @fox4kc co-anchor Heather @McMichaelAuthor and I had lunch this week!
We did not remember to snap a photo. Aging brains.
Heather and I were live on the air when the first plane hit. We will never forget and pray others don’t either.

It’s #RedThursday this year as the @Chiefs get ready for the Monday night opener. K.C Wolf has visited the #NationalBeef headquarters the past few years with our support of flag sales for @rmh_kc / Ronald McDonald House Kansas City. 🏈🐺
We’re so close!
