I'm from Moscow, but still a few times I took minibuses from St. Petersburg to Helsinki priced at 500₽ one way, about 7 euros then. Finland was open for issuing long term multiple entry visitor visas, in fact I fled to EU thanks to a Finnish visa before they closed the border.
