Honestly I'm frustrated at this point 😤, @JupiterExchange, what exactly is going on with your wallet? I have had multiple frustrating experiences with Jupiter Wallet, and at this point, some of the decisions being made around the app are genuinely concerning. A while ago, a friend tried sending SOL to my exchange address by scanning my QR code. Instead of a straightforward transaction, Jupiter somehow generated an escrow invite link. The funds ended up stuck in an escrow process, and we had no idea what had happened until I contacted customer support and eventually figured out how to revoke it through Magic Links. Fast forward to this morning. I opened my wallet to make a transaction and was suddenly presented with some confusing message about a Global Wallet. I tried cancelling it, but the prompt would not go away. I eventually clicked remove, and suddenly my wallet was logged out completely. Imagine the panic of seeing your wallet disappear when you have funds inside. Thankfully, I had originally created my wallet with my email, so I was able to log back in. But what about someone who created their wallet using a seed phrase and has somehow lost the means to log back in!?? What happens when someone who does not understand what that prompt means clicks remove? What if they never backed up their recovery phrase? Do you understand how easily someone could permanently lose access to their funds? Not everybody using your wallet is an experienced crypto user. There are beginners who trust your platform to handle their money safely. If you want to introduce updates, new wallet systems or changes to the user experience, at least make the process clear. Explain what is changing, what removing an account actually means, and what users stand to lose before presenting them with confusing options. A wallet should make managing funds easier, not turn simple transactions into unnecessary complications and potential financial losses. Please stop making changes that put users in confusing situations. People’s money is involved here. Take that responsibility seriously.
