Palestinians in Gaza are literally left ALONE, FREEZING and STARVING in the winter storm.
I keep asking how we became such monsters, uncapable of stopping this nightmare.
For them, for us, for whatever remains of the people in whose name this genocide is being committed.

B.C. bars are running dry. 🍺
After 7 weeks of the BCGEU strike, alcohol distribution has stalled across the province. No vodka, gin, whisky—even Guinness is gone. With liquor stores closed and orders blocked, some say this could break the hospitality sector.

For two years, the media has told you that this is Israel “targeting Hamas.”

The BBC still furiously peddling the fiction that Trump "railroaded" Netanyahu into a peace deal.
No, the US could have secured a deal any time over the past two years by ending the shipments of bombs.
Washington *chose* to keep the genocide going till Gaza was levelled.

BREAKING! “Ceasefire”, in Israel’s dictionary: you cease, I fire.
Just hours after the deal - as in January - Israel shoots at Palestinians waiting to return home.
Before any next step, member states must ensure that Israel honours the ceasefire.

🌟 very sad to hear that my dear friend, the incomparable Jane Goodall, passed away in California, at 91.
we were first in contact via fax letters, from my home to hers in Bournemouth, England. was astonished to learn she was away from home 300 days a year.
we met in 1999, hit it off right away.. #bananaphone fun and all. she inspired me to write and record 3 songs: Counting On You, Roots & Shoots Everywhere, and my tribute to her, Jane Jane (on which she made chimp sounds).
dear sweet Jane, you were so loved by so many! thanks for giving of yourself tirelessly, in a life truly well lived. we are in your debt. 🙏🏻❤️

Netanyahu & his cabinet of war criminals are planning for "voluntary" migration of Palestinians from Gaza.
Having starved them and bombed their homes, schools and hospitals, how can it be voluntary? This is ethnic cleansing. It's a war crime.
NO MORE US MILITARY AID TO ISRAEL.

Israel's again bombed a hospital in Gaza.
I'm sick of the empty statements from so many governments including our own.
They must hit Israel with the toughest sanctions possible to end the Genocide
▪️Sanction Israel’s economy
▪️Sanction Israel’s leaders
▪️End all arms sales now

Israel bombed a hospital.
Rescue workers and reporters rushed to recover the dead and the wounded.
Israel bombed the hospital again. Live on TV.
Read that again.
Our government’s legacy will be its complicity in crimes against humanity. End all arms sales to Israel, now.

Another humanitarian group – this time, Doctors without Borders – concludes Israel is deliberately killing the very people it has been starving by shooting them as they queue for aid.
Its report is titled: "This is not aid. This is orchestrated killing."

Israel just bombed the UNRWA clinic in Gaza City. They’re destroying what’s left of Gaza’s health system and there’s zero media coverage.

People often use the Holocaust to justify the horrors Israel perpetrates. I can't speak to all survivors; each is their own universe. But I can speak to my grandmother, who survived Auschwitz and with whom I had many conversations about the Holocaust and the Middle East.
She died in 2012 and did not see any of this. But she always hated Netanyahu and believed the checkpoints and settlements were terrible crimes. If she had seen the lines for food, the creation of a concentration camp, the destruction of hospitals, and the starving children, her heart would have broken.
The Holocaust is not a reason to commit another genocide. It is a reason to avoid one. That is what "never again" truly means.

#Gaza:
People are being starved, while a few kilometers away supermarkets are loaded with food.
UNRWA has thousands of trucks in neighbouring countries, loaded with food and medicines.
We are just waiting for the green light.
Lift the siege and let aid in at scale.

BREAKING: The IDF has released footage from inside Gaza showing thousands of pallets of aid just sitting there, waiting to be picked up by the UN.
So why is the UN demanding more aid trucks enter—when they haven’t even distributed what’s already there?
Slightly less leading from behind from France. Your turn @MarkJCarney.

It is so late, Ms Kallas.
Only sanctions can stop Israel.
Suspending the EU agreement with Israel is a must.
Anything less will be just performance, which the millions of Europeans who are grieving for the genodice in Gaza, would much prefer being spared from.
The killing of civilians seeking aid in Gaza is indefensible.
I spoke again with @gideonsaar to recall our understanding on aid flow and made clear that IDF must stop killing people at distribution points.
All options remain on the table if Israel doesn’t deliver on its pledges
