I love speedway, as a sport it is electrifying, a spectacle like no other.
0-60 quicker than a formula one car and racing round oval tracks without brakes.
Been going since 1990 and now writing and researching about it.

It has been a hugely significant year for maternity - from the Ockenden and Amos reports published, to the Thirlwall Inquiry, progress towards a National Maternity Commissioner, and new reviews beginning in Leeds and Sussex.
Through all of this, lived experience must be at the heart of change.
