Elite players… don't compare—they compete. They focus on becoming the best version of themselves. They stay committed to their growth and compete with excellence every time they step on the field. #PowerAndPurpose #EliteMindset #FaithAndSoftball

Coaches, one of the greatest challenges—and greatest opportunities—in coaching is learning to coach the athlete in front of you, not the athlete you wish you had. Every player is different. Different strengths. Different struggles. Different journeys. Great coaches don't spend their energy wishing for something else. They invest their energy developing the gifts God has already placed in each athlete. Meet them where they are. Believe in who they can become. Then help them take the next step. That's where growth happens. #PowerAndPurpose #CoachToImpact
