The ability to network properly and upsell...I don't know how to job hunt, I rarely win or participate in hackathons or bounties but one thing I have going for me are the referrals I get and my ability to upsell.
I've gotten referrals for multiple gigs from guys in this space just because I became really good friends with them, I didn't go to them with the hopes of "getting a job" I just vibed with them and because we're in the same space, talking about work was inevitable. It just balls down to how you portray yourself and relate with others, and if you have value to offer.
No value = no beneficial relationship.
Since I don't job hunt, referrals are the only way I get gigs and upsellig is the only way I can maximize those referrals. When I'm done with a project, I don't just say "I'm done it was nice working with you" no...I proceeded to upsell to the same client and collect even more money for extended services that I know they will need.
It works like magic, but only when you know what you're doing, very confident in yourself and delivered well the first time, it'll be hard to say no to you.

the holder distribution seems pretty fair. Top 10 wallets account for just 20% across 56 holders, and fresh wallet activity is still relatively low at 4.7% over 24H. Total supply is also fully circulating at 970.6M.
Currently working with $4K in LP and $5.4K in volume, so liquidity is something I’d be keeping an eye on as momentum builds.
