Donald Trump is right--the system is rigged. The system is very much rigged against the American worker. But the problem is that Trump, the GOP & Corporate America are in many ways pushing to rig things further against American workers. nytimes.com/2019/08/03/opini…

The RLA as a statute was designed to neuter labor power in the first place. After many years of corporate-friendly courts, it has strangled even the ability of unions to communicate with their members. The RLA needs to be revised or dumped. We are ready.
