It is always a joy to speak to the bright minds of the country. Today I had the pleasure of addressing the students of the post-graduate programme in public policy and management of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore through a virtual public policy talk series.

Deeply saddened to know about the passing of Mr B.P.R Vithal, an eminent economist and a veteran bureaucrat. He has been integral in the finance and planning of Andhra Pradesh and was a Fiscal Advisor of International Monetary Fund to Sudan and Malawi.
