One person was laying bricks.
One person was building a church.
One person was building the house of God.
How do you view your purpose?

Mike Leach shares what he loved most about coaching and it's all about growth.
"A lot of times they're discovering what they're capable of the same time you are."
"Everybody can work harder than they think they can. Everybody's a little better than they think they are."
Growth starts when you push past what you thought was your limit.
"As players grow and develop from one day to the next, pretty soon they can do something they couldn't do before. And they didn't think they'd be able to."
That's the job...helping people see what they can't see in themselves yet.
"There's a lot of discovery in this business."
Great coaches see your greatness before you even realize it's there.
The best coaches don't just teach skills - they help you unlock belief.
They believe in you and your potential.

In becoming a Head Coach, it’s not required you hire your friends
Hire a staff that will challenge you, strengthen your weaknesses, & are loyal
Choose “fit” over “friend”, this may be your only shot

One of the top lessons from June Jones he shared with every team he coached.
"Scores will disappear, touchdowns will fade away, but you'll remember the faces in this room forever."
