Good old @jarrowarrow (Steve Cram), my mentor. Just finished my 25 minute run (week 7 Run 1 @Couchto5K) and with 1 minute to go, Steve says, "Why not pick up the pace and sprint the last minute"..... easy there Steve mate, I need oxygen, never mind sprint the last minute 🤣🤣🤣
