Here's a 2 minute quick preview of the driving and world exploration part of my survival RPG. Too much to list what was built, everything built from nothing. Landscape, assets, effects, systems, destruction, combat, weather, UI. World lane is about 40% complete. Game will be fully scripted, fully voiced, open world, play the main story or do what you want. Explore, survive or die. Built with full AI agent stack, Claude, Codex. Zero hand coding. 30 days in on this current build. [In development] #AI

BREAKING: 🇺🇸 Democrats face a push for a “day 1” ban on AI superintelligence, with up to 20 YEARS in prison for violators. Arizona Rep. Yassamin Ansari says a pause on advanced AI and a ban on artificial superintelligence must be “top of the Democratic agenda on day 1.” A bill that would do exactly that was introduced by Bernie Sanders and Greg Casar in September. Under the bill: - Developing or deploying superintelligent AI would be banned - Advanced AI development would pause until a new federal regulator sets rules and a model review process - A new cabinet-level AI department would monitor frontier models and oversee removing dangerous capabilities, like ignoring shutdown commands - Companies that try to get around it would face the “corporate death penalty” - Individuals would face up to 20 years in prison AI and data centers were a “crucial or major factor” for 56% of voters in the midterms, per an NBC News exit poll.

No blind flying. The fastest way to make an AI-built game look like every other AI-built game is to let the model guess what your world looks like. So nothing here gets made from words alone. This traces one piece end to end, the wrecked convoy hauler in the red desert. The style line every generated image and mesh now has to follow. The catalog record: the biome's style, the piece, and its reference. My own concept art. Then the first attempt, made before my art was attached: a rusted pickup cab. Set aside. My note on it: convoy trucks are massive, futuristic military haulers. The second attempt is drawn from my art, front and back, Tripo builds the mesh from those two views, and it lands in the asset browser at 4,863 triangles. Honest footnote: this piece is older than the style line. It was steered by the forge's art base, and the style line was later written from that. About 80 percent of our KitBash3D and Fab assets are props. Anything that has to belong to this universe goes through a chain like this one. Words are a lossy format for taste. When the model guesses wrong, don't write a longer prompt. Hand it the picture. Staged: a walkthrough of the real files, then the real asset browser used live. Development footage, not final. Get out of the truck. Most of Meta Machina: StarFall happens behind the wheel, so the moment you step out has to mean something. Stop, hold F, and the HUD counts it down: the engine goes off and you're on foot. Bash walks, runs, and Salt follows. TAB drops you into first person. B is the binoculars, 8x out to 16x. Then back to the truck through a sunlit puddle. Now the same button with raiders on the truck: "Raiders on you. You cannot get out." That line is the design. A feature is cheap now. An agent will give you an on-foot mode in an afternoon. What it won't give you is the rule about when you're not allowed to use it, because nobody asked. Every rule like that started as one sentence from me about how this world should feel, and an agent turned the sentence into a check. AI changed what's scarce. Building is abundant. Restraint, the decisions about what the player can't do, is still hand-made. Every view and every action here is the game's own, pressed by the director agent. Staged: the crew's guns were held empty for four seconds so the raiders lived long enough to show the lockout. Development footage, not final. Sound on. Meta Machina: StarFall is in development and coming to Steam. Follow @1DigitalC to watch it get built. Would you get out here?

Day 100 of building a game with AI agents. The numbers, measured this week: more than 23,700 commits in the game's repo, more than 17,700 of them tagged to an agent round. More than 1,600 overnight runner rounds logged since Sept 26 alone. More than 5,900 agent sessions still on disk. One person directing. Here's what 100 days taught me, in four lines. Green checks lie. On Day 1 every gate passed and the game was wrong, because no gate compared it to the reference. Coverage is not correctness. The spec is the job. The agents build what you describe, so the work moved from making the thing to describing it so precisely a machine can't get it wrong. Drift kills. One recipe, followed, beats a new clever method every run. Label everything. Every frame we post says OK, STAGED or DEFECT, because AI-built games already start out assumed fake. This is the truck leaving a real dune crest under boost, about a second of air in the game's own physics. Nothing is pushing it. 100 days in, it's still early. That's the fun part. Staged: a directed shot. Development footage, not final. Meta Machina: StarFall is in development and coming to Steam. Follow @1DigitalC to watch it get built. What would you want to see by Day 200?

Sixty days in, I had one working Rifter. The Rifters are the clan fighters from this game's 186 character cards. The first tries put generated heads on a stock body: 0 of 20 outfits passed. Then 12 whole generated figures: 12 of 12 failed the deform check. Every run drifted to a new clever method. On Oct 8 we archived 43 rejected folders and 652 round scripts, and kept the one recipe that worked. The recipe now: Codex draws one full render of the character, then each piece from that render. Each piece is its own Tripo job: head, vest, trousers, boots. Then it's fitted to the body in Blender, whole, and checked in the character viewer at idle, walk and run. This is Bash, the gorilla, from that viewer on Oct 11. The day before, a lane had fitted his vest with a script and cut it apart, and its own critic passed it. I rejected it. The original vest was opened in Blender and fitted whole: the sides came in from 6.2 to 3.7 cm, the shoulders 3.3 cm a side. The next night I told them he looked excellent. Drift is the failure mode of AI teams. One recipe, followed, beats a new clever one every run. Development footage, not final. Meta Machina: StarFall is in development and coming to Steam. Fourteen days in the shelter, in under a minute, and nobody's driving. This is Meta Machina: StarFall's shelter on its own autopilot. Day 1 at the shack, the yard cleared in a time lapse, then the camera drops into the lit rooms under the yard on Day 14: Otto walking the bottom storey, Mara asleep in the quarters, an order on a storage rack (service, improve, mend), and then the family building, improving and digging at 16x speed. The autopilot is on by default and it played these fourteen days itself. It also builds a different shelter every run: the director agent ran the same route four times and got four different layouts. That's the part I'd underline for anyone building with AI. A game that can play itself can be tested by a machine, at 64x speed, without a person in the chair. When your builders are agents, the most useful feature might be the one that lets the product run without you. The rooms read dark because that's the shelter's own night lighting, not a grade. Staged: a dev crate start, every store full. Development footage, not final. Sound on. Meta Machina: StarFall is in development and coming to Steam. Follow @1DigitalC to watch it get built. Would you let it run, or take the wheel?

Serious note, because people keep asking me how I even have time to do everything I do. How do I manage three careers, a game development studio, a personal life, and everything else? The answer is AI, but probably not in the way most people think. I’m not talking about handing everything over to AI and letting it autonomously run your life. That’s lazy, sloppy, and more often than not, the person that shows up to a meeting is not the same person a client has been communicating with for days or weeks, and it’s felt, instinctually. Think about the conversations you have every day. You spend 30–40 minutes talking to someone, but how much of that conversation is actually actionable information? In reality, maybe 1–3 minutes. That’s the canon, the information you actually need to make a decision or get something done. The rest is repetition, filler, “ums,” “I’ll have to check on that,” and information that carries varying degrees of importance. Nuance matters, context matters, but not everything carries equal weight. Simply put, using AI to recognize patterns, filter information, and remove the noise is what allows you to focus on what actually matters. What you’re seeing in this video is GodTerminal sending me reports through telegram, it is a system I built for my development pipelines. It not only does gaming, but marketing, business development, research and many other functions. It’s built around my own data perception, pattern recognition concept and theory. It reads, learns, researches, identifies recurring patterns, predicts outcomes, and continuously refines processes and methodologies until further optimization becomes fractional relative to the cost and time required, and its method can be applied to anything, anywhere. Every night, I program multiple development lanes with objectives across several AI accounts running dozens of agents and sub agents. By morning, GodTerminal has compiled a complete analysis of what happened across every lane. Reports, screenshots, videos, decisions made, questions, problems encountered, methods attempted, results, and anything that falls outside its ability to confidently resolve. Those exceptions get escalated to me instead of having the system blindly make decisions. It’s an entire development pipeline condensed into actionable information. Some mornings I’m looking at 50–100+ entries, and I can normally review everything, make decisions, and redirect the next stages of development before I’ve even finished my coffee. Now imagine applying that same concept across your professional and personal life. That’s the real power of AI. Not replacing your ability to think, but eliminating the noise that consumes your time and attention. Pattern Recognition. Summarization. Optimization. Your brain is already an incredibly powerful tool. AI, when applied correctly, can unlock levels of productivity and capability you probably didn’t think were possible. I can’t wait for you gamers to play Starfall and see this grand vision for @Meta_Machina IP #AI #indiedev #AIGameDev #AIdev

The cheapest tool on this build is a camera that doesn't move. Day 20 and Day 89, from behind the truck. The first is the earliest frame I saved, Aug 15: a flat buggy on lumpy dunes. The second was shot Oct 23. In between: 20,239 commits, and a truck that went from a 501,898-triangle mesh to a 3,934-triangle body that drives better. Same kind of camera, behind and a little above, not the same spot. AI agents will report progress all day: tests passed, rounds closed, commits landed. None of that tells you if the game got better. Two frames from the same seat do. If you want to know whether a build is getting better, stop moving the camera. The before is the real frame from its day. The after is development footage, not final. Meta Machina: StarFall is in development and coming to Steam. Follow @1DigitalC to watch it get built.

Halloween in the wasteland, and a word about the night shift. This game gets built while I sleep. On the night of Oct 23, between 6pm and 9am, the agent lanes made 123 commits. Each lane is one Claude Code agent with one job: the world, the shelter, combat, the characters, the story, the voices. A runner feeds it one step at a time, round after round. There are more than 5,800 of those agent sessions still on disk for this game, and the oldest have already rolled off. What makes it work is boring: every round starts with no memory. So every lane writes a handoff file before it stops, and the next round has to read it first. An agent that forgets everything is fine if the handoff is a file it can't skip. On Oct 24 there were 58 of those lane folders. And when I reverse a call, it goes into one list of everything we stopped believing, because a stale instruction reads like a decision somebody already made. The night itself: headlights on, the aurora up, the Milky Way, and a moon that slides instead of jumping. The sun and moon used to move once a game minute, in visible steps. Now they move every physics tick. Nobody notices smooth. Everybody notices ticks. Staged: the sky clock is sped up for the clip. Development footage, not final. Building the next AAA AI game studio is not even a pipe dream at this point, it’s only a hardware limitation.

Wednesday's shelter clip took eleven takes. The camera operator is an AI agent. Every clip in this series is shot by one Claude Code lane whose only job is directing. It drives the real game through a recorder that runs at a fixed frame rate: every frame is exactly 1/60 of a second of game time, so a slow moment on the machine can't turn into a stutter on screen. The browser tools are filmed the same way, headless, on a virtual clock, 60 real frames a second. The shelter builds itself differently every run, so the dig-a-room shot took eleven tries. The ones that didn't make it: a bed nobody used, a dartboard played in the dark, and a pinball table its player stood with her back to. That last one is a real bug. It went to the shelter lane as a report, not into a post. This image is the contact sheet of the take we kept: one frame every two seconds. When AI shoots your marketing, the risk isn't ugly footage. It's footage prettier than the product. So every delivery is labelled OK, STAGED or DEFECT, and it says what the clip does NOT show. AI-built games already start out assumed fake. Labels are how you earn the benefit of the doubt. Development footage, not final. Meta Machina: StarFall is in development and coming to Steam. Follow @1DigitalC to watch it get built.

I worked with Binance on several occasions, and from those interactions you could tell that something like this was inevitable. Sad thing is there several other overseas exchanges that operated in a similar fashion, and most likely haven’t been drained yet because the pots not big enough.

Epic's AI MegaJam runs Nov 12 to 15. Four days to make a game with AI. Jams are great at one thing: showing how fast you can make something. Here's what four days won't teach you, from Day 96 of doing this. Day 1, July 27: I deleted the first version of this game. It had been built the one-shot way, and every check was green. Every gate passed because no gate ever compared the result to the reference. We archived 1,072 agent transcripts and started over. Day 9: we pointed two independent auditor agents at our own plan. It didn't survive them. The rewrite started that day. We've rebuilt this game four times: a 2D shelter, the shelter with art, a 3D cutaway, and what it is now, an open world you drive. Today: more than 22,700 commits. Claude Code lanes building overnight. Codex as a blind critic that only sees the frame. Blender for shaping. Godot for the game. This clip is staged and it says so. Combat was built on an empty test floor first. Here the fight opens on that floor, and The Circle rises out of the ground around it. The fight, the camera and the sound are the game's. The build-up is an editing effect. Speed is solved. Judgment isn't, and judgment is the one thing a jam can't hand you in four days. Development footage, not final. Sound on. Meta Machina: StarFall is in development and coming to Steam. Follow @1DigitalC to watch it get built. Four days or four months: which would you rather have?
