He was asked whether marriage still benefits men. He said he wouldn’t be successful, stable or loving without it. She was the foundation, ran the home, and kept him standing when his body and mind couldn’t.
The part worth sitting with is the forgiveness. He made a lot of mistakes back when he “didn’t know how to be a man” and she kept forgiving him.
