National Review, Wall Street Journal, The Federalist, Spectator, Weekly Standard, American Spectator, and others have been spreading nothing but TDS for a decade, are responsible for spoiling 2028 chances for Vance, and can take full responsibility for allowing Somali grifters, Texas cultists, assorted anti-Semitic crackpots, angry trannies, abject seditionists and Muslim Brotherhood jihadis into seats of American power. Clinton and subsequent free traders gutted Middle America and enabled China, making Trump’s tariff and reindustrial scheme worth a try. Iran has been killing Americans since 1979 and would have to be taken on eventually. Flooding the country with unvetted, unvaxxed illegals is clearly a net drain, not an asset. As a result of the media poisoning, Vance and Hegseth are widely hated and can no longer win. Rubio may still have a good chance on personal merit alone, and DeSantis certainly does. Time to be more like the Democrats. We don’t need collegial. We don't need principled. We need ruthless if we are to save the hard-knock bootstraps conservatism that still makes America great.
