My phone just pinged me with an “on this day” memory from this day three years ago on 9/20/23. We were in Eagle Pass, TX and witnessed a mass illegal crossing of more than 4,000 illegal aliens crossing in one single spot in just two hours, leading to CBP having to shut down the nearby international bridges & ports of entry. @FoxNews was the only network there. The only resistance offered was Texas military & DPS assets which had placed razor wire at the edge of the river, but the Biden Border Patrol cut through it and in one infamous case, even used heavy machinery to lift it out of the way so the illegal aliens could proceed into the U.S. A complete free for all that day - and it would get even worse three months later in December 2023 when the illegal crossings reached the highest ever recorded in U.S. history with more than 11,000 in a single day.

Why is the mainstream media making a big deal of Vice President JD Vance saying if the execution of the Fort Hood shooter, Nidal Hasan, is livestreamed he will not be watching it. That's his choice! The Left is acting like it is mandatory to watch! If people want to watch it, they can. If they don't want to or are opposed to it, they don't have to watch! A Tennessee grandmother says she spent nearly six months behind bars for crimes committed more than 1,000 miles away after police allegedly relied on an AI facial recognition match that turned out to be wrong. Now Angela Lipps is suing the city of Fargo, North Dakota, and a police detective, alleging she was arrested at gunpoint, extradited across the country and jailed for months despite having never set foot in North Dakota before her arrest. The federal lawsuit, filed this week, says Fargo-area police were investigating a woman who used fake identification to steal money from banks in April and May 2025. Facial recognition software produced Lipps’ social media photo as a possible lead, according to the complaint. But Lipps alleges investigators failed to corroborate the match even though she lived in Tennessee, had no known connection to North Dakota and did not physically match the woman seen on surveillance video. On July 14, 2025, Lipps says she was babysitting at a neighbor’s home when about a dozen officers surrounded the residence. Multiple officers allegedly pointed guns at her and ordered her outside with her hands up. Lipps says she initially thought she was being kidnapped. Lipps was ultimately transported to North Dakota, where a judge set her bond at $100,000. Unable to pay it, she remained jailed while insisting she had never been to the state. She spent Thanksgiving and her 50th birthday behind bars. Eventually, according to the lawsuit, Lipps produced bank records showing she was in Tennessee when the crimes occurred. On Christmas Eve, prosecutors dismissed the charges. Lipps says she was released into below-freezing Fargo weather wearing lightweight clothing from the Tennessee summer, with no way home and just four cents from the jail. A local nonprofit eventually helped her begin the journey back to Tennessee. The lawsuit accuses Fargo police and Detective Lucas Heck of false arrest, malicious prosecution and civil rights violations. It seeks compensatory and punitive damages and a jury trial. The allegations have not yet been proven in court. The City of Fargo has said it does not comment on pending litigation.
