DRILL TO TAPE 🎯
Here is @1nconsitency in the drill and it shows up on tape. Detailed drills create muscle memory.
We drill back shoulder in different ways, here it is pregame, but more detailed with a DB and more competitive in practice.
Drill: Back shoulder catch. Hands outside the frame, eyes through the catch.
Tape: Contested ball, same hands. Same eyes. Same result.
We don’t train what looks good. We train what shows up in games!
