What a great end to the week. We won the Golden Trash Can award for having an exceptionally clean room, won popcorn and candy from our school nurse for being the quickest to return our ‘Needle’ forms, and won free tech time for finished homework! #hcsrvs #rvsed

Mrs. Maxwell’s colouring contests are always a big deal in this class. I have never seen them eat their lunches so fast -it was actually kind is scary for me, haha. Good thing I’m #cprcertified #schoolisfun #hcsrvs #rvsed

Our contest submission for the food bank. It’s a boat, complete with a sail. We brought in 125 items in 2M!!! How we didn’t get 1st place is beyond me. Way to go, team! 🙌 #hcsRVS #rvsed

Practicing our photography skills out in nature. “How do I get the right light when the sun is so bright?” “The beetle won’t stay still!” “What kind of background do you want?” Yeah, they’re 8. #hcsrvs #rvsed #grade2

Love this. Would be interesting to do it now and then again at the end of summer. How might the perspective change?
