4/ Chainlink also introduced CustodySync. It lets institutions use DeFi lending while their assets stay with a qualified custodian, using Proof of Reserve and a transfer-restricted receipt token. This one is sourced to Chainlink only.

Itaú Unibanco notified Brazil's central bank on Oct 27 of its crypto trading and custody service, ahead of the Oct 30 deadline under Resolution 520. CoinDesk reports it's the first Brazilian bank to do so.

Coinbase says an incident at its analytics vendor Amplitude affected contact data for a "small subset" of customers. Coinbase says its own systems weren't accessed and funds weren't affected. It hasn't said how many users.

DVLT never had these BTC on-chain. Scilex "credited" them to its Biconomy account off-chain, a withdrawal has been stuck since June, and now DVLT says the coins don't even count as its asset.
Itaú has offered BTC, ETH and USDC trading + custody since Dec 2023.

Moody's has rated RLUSD A2 long-term / P-1 short-term
It grades the reserves, redemption and custody. A2 is solid investment grade, not top tier (that's Aaa), and P-1 is Moody's highest short-term grade. And it rates $RLUSD, not $XRP's price.
More good news for $RLUSD this week - @moodysratings has assigned RLUSD an A2 long-term rating and P-1 short-term rating, the highest possible short-term rating under its new stablecoin framework.
TL;DR: RLUSD is the first stablecoin to have ever received an investment-grade Moody’s rating. This is one of the most respected independent credit rating agencies in the world, and a massive validation of the quality, transparency and institutional-grade infrastructure behind RLUSD.
