ποΈEpisode 13βThe monotonous grind of greatness.
Greatness rarely looks exciting in real time.
This episode is about embracing repetition, boredom, and doing the same hard things long after the motivation disappears.
We often celebrate the achievement, but how often do we celebrate the journey?
The end goal is something to celebrate, but without the daily decisions to stick to the plan long after our motivation leaves us, would we ever reach the goal?
Making those decisions to keep going helps develop skills such as resilience, patience and the ability to not have to rely on motivation alone.
You don't have to enjoy the process to believe in the purpose.
As always, this isnβt a lecture.
Itβs a conversation.

Mental health doesnβt always have to be about trauma, something negative, or something that needs fixing.
We often discuss ways to improve and maintain our physical health. Whatβs the difference?

SpyDex major upgrade
π«΅πΌ JUST FOR YOU π«΅πΌ
We are opening our doors to the whole XRP Ledger NFT market - Not a curated shelf - Not a partner list - No gatekeeping on offers or sells
ALL OF IT
XLS-20, every collection, and of course, with no added SpyDex fee for using the service
If it lives on the XRP Ledger, it belongs on SpyDex
Our SpyDex wallets now have NFT support for all your favourite grails π₯π₯π₯
In our NFT marketplace, you can effortlessly browse all or your favourite collections
Drop them in the cart
Pay at the checkout
Browse- Buy - Sell - Trade
A SpyDex wallet adds nothing on top. Zero
The usual cut is the one the launchpads apply (see below)
xrp.cafe - 1.589% on the buy and 1.589% on the sell. A new collection is 3 XRP plus 0.03 XRP per NFT, and the mint carries the 1.589%
@OpulenceX_NFT - 2% when it sells. No listing fee, no reserve fee. No sale, no fee
@biddsonxrpl - 0% if it is listed on Bidds. Listed somewhere else, that venueβs broker fee still comes out
One cart. No surcharge on the way out
With SpyDex the market is about to sit in one place

NFTs are becoming more than just something you buy and hold. π
With DreamBay, projects can build experiences around their collections, from trading and trait marketplaces to interactive mechanics and DreamCast integrations.
A good example is Casino Pixels on XRP, where collectors can interact with traits, build their Pixels and explore new ways to engage with the collection through DreamBay. ππ³
Thatβs what makes an NFT marketplace interesting to me, when the marketplace becomes part of the experience, not just the place where the transaction happens.
Which collection on DreamBay do you think is pushing NFTs in the most interesting direction? π
