Also asked Brandon Hagel about how #GoBolts fans should respond to Kucherov tomorrow in his first home game since his trade request. Here’s what Hagel had to say:

Kucherov on what the #GoBolts organization means to him: “Everything. I got drafted here, this is my 14th year. A couple championships, met a lot of great people. Everything. My kids grew up here, and I'm forever grateful for this organization.” On talking to his teammates the past few days: “They heard it from me first. Those guys are my family, and this will never change.”

Nikita Kucherov said that his trade request was a result of “poor communication and respect.” “It was never about the money for me.” Said that JBB had just two conversions with him during the last four months. #gobolts

👀 Per sources ; I'm told 1st offer was around 13M, revised offer 15M only after Carlsson 18M offer sheet & Makar 20M deal. Kucherov is a Hall Of Fame , has a great relationship w HC Cooper, will play out his contract, told his teammates and club he won't re sign in Tampa. There were 4 people in the room during meeting in Nashville; Kucherov, his agent @HockeyAgent1, GM Brisebois and HC Cooper. #Hockey

Of course the game ends like that. But im sick of experiencing the horrors so I’ll take the point because honestly i thought that game was going to be so much worse than it was so we move
