Andy Schectman: Don’t watch the gold PRICE. Watch who’s BUYING THE GOLD: CHINA🇨🇳 ‘When you focus on gold prices, to me, it’s focusing on the wrong thing. That’s what they want you to focus on. When you talk about war and inflation through energy shock, that should be very good for gold. In fact, they want us to believe that it’s not. Take a look at the amount of gold that has been delivered under the COMEX market, where in my 36-year career, less than 1% of contracts ever stood for delivery. It is an exchange that has traditionally been built to offset risk. A company like mine, who may have 2 million ounces of silver in our warehouse, we will sell 2 million on COMEX so that we’re market neutral to the fluctuations in the price. No one’s standing for delivery. As the price has gone down, we have seen over 19 million ounces of gold stand for delivery this year on COMEX, for 24 straight months since President Trump won the election. Every month, billions and billions and billions. $81 billion so far. Who’s doing that? Almost $18 billion in silver has stood for delivery this year. Look at the amount of gold that the central banks are buying. Look at the amount of gold that China is buying, and silver.
