A NEW BEGINNING, THE 4663 CHAPTER
Before most people had even heard of Robinhood Chain, NOXA was already there.
On June 16, 2026, the NOXA launchpad went live on Robinhood Chain - almost two weeks before Robinhood Chain officially launched to the public on July 1.
Behind 4663 was Amun Phantom, the developer behind NOXA, who launched 4663 and later openly acknowledged it on X.
NOXA had already been building its reputation across crypto, developing launchpad infrastructure and moving into new ecosystems before Robinhood Chain.
Then came Robinhood Chain.
And everything changed.
⸻
$4663
Robinhood Chain launched with chain ID 4663.
The original vision was serious: tokenized stocks, real-world assets and a new financial infrastructure.
But the crypto market had other plans.
The NOXA launchpad became one of the first major pieces of infrastructure on the new chain, giving users a simple way to launch tokens directly into Uniswap liquidity.
Then came CASHCAT.
⸻
THE CAT THAT CHANGED THE CHAIN
$CASHCAT became the breakout memecoin of Robinhood Chain.
Launched through the NOXA launchpad, it went from an obscure meme to one of the biggest tokens on the new network.
Within weeks, CASHCAT reached a market capitalization of roughly $250 million. One early trader famously turned around $800 into more than $1 million.
And suddenly, people who had never heard of Robinhood Chain were talking about it.
The chain was supposed to be about RWAs.
Instead, its first major cultural moment came from a cat.
⸻
NOXA VS PUMP.FUN
Then NOXA started doing something even more unexpected.
It began beating Pump.fun in daily protocol fees.
For five consecutive days, NOXA generated more fees than Pump.fun, with total protocol fees exceeding $13 million during that period.
At its peak, NOXA was generating more than $2 million in fees per day.
And the most remarkable part?
According to contemporary reporting, NOXA was essentially the work of one developer: Amun Phantom.
A single developer had built a launchpad that was suddenly competing with one of crypto’s biggest platforms.
⸻
THEN VLAD NOTICED
On July 8, Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev posted about Robinhood Chain and said that while the chain was being built for RWAs, “it also works great for memes.”
That post became a turning point for CASHCAT.
Its market cap exploded.
The meme had entered the mainstream.
And NOXA was sitting underneath the entire phenomenon.
⸻
THE END OF NOXA
Then, almost as quickly as it exploded, NOXA disappeared.
On July 11, the launchpad stopped allowing new token launches.
Soon after, its website went dark.
But the tokens remained.
CASHCAT remained.
Robinhood Chain remained.
And one number remained everywhere:
4663.
⸻
THE 4663 LORE
Maybe 4663 is just a chain ID.
But it became much more than that.
It became the number connected to the first chaotic chapter of Robinhood Chain:
4663.
NOXA.
Amun Phantom.
CASHCAT.
Vlad Tenev.
The rise of memecoins on Robinhood Chain.
NOXA arrived before the chain was even public.
Amun Phantom launched 4663 and later acknowledged it publicly on X.
CASHCAT became the breakout success of the launchpad.
Vlad acknowledged that Robinhood Chain worked for memes.
And for a brief moment, NOXA even surpassed Pump.fun.
Then it disappeared.
But 4663 stayed.
Maybe it was just a coincidence.
Maybe it was just a chain ID.
Or maybe it became the number that represents the beginning of the Robinhood Chain meme era.
4663 = HOOD in T9-style letter mapping.

This is how I imagine Ansem and the people who follow him every day, reading his posts that change from one day to the next depending on which way the wind is blowing.
i am bearish btc/eth & large cap stocks believe btc & eth have broken mid timeframe trend and will continue to accelerate to downside under 82k/2400
dont think the average retail speculator is going to slow down tho, Q4 is going to have a lot of volatility for traders in both directions & believe pockets of onchain will do well
headline risk is also very real and continues to impact markets, this week specifically we have fomc + lot of important earnings releases
technicals am bearish bc ai momo stocks look like parabolic blowoff top into following lower high and loss of trend, even mags stalling at ATHs, the breakout on Qs that looked great a few weeks ago has played out as a deviation above the highs
as it stands ai generally feels like there is a lot more uncertainty on where the next growth of revenues is going to come from, sofar we have had a ton of capex spending on investing in training these models across the board so believe investors will want to see how that impacts companies bottom line meaningfully, meta selloff post earnings last week is good indi, that combined with concerns around current state of models also breaking hella security across the internet is not great - am not bearish on extended timeframe just believe pullback before continuation higher

🚨New Channel!🚨
Every day you'll get 4 Pump fun rankings and 4 Pons rankings, posted at 12:00, 16:00, 20:00 and 00:00 (CEST), so 8 rankings a day in total.
Criteria: coins up to $100K market cap that graduated in the last 3 days. Each coin gets a score, and the best ones are ranked in a top 10.
What gets scored:
Market data, meaning market cap, liquidity, volume, buy and sell pressure, and price action.
Holder distribution, covering top holders, dev holdings and insider concentration.
Bundles, snipers and wallet scans, including links between the dev wallet and earlier launches.
Contract and launch safety.
Socials, meaning X, Telegram, website and GitHub, and whether they're real or a larp.
Community activity and organic engagement, with fake likes and bot activity flagged.
Red flags of every kind (Can’t share everything, prompt is a secret).
Coins can show up again in the next ranking 4 hours later if they keep scoring well. They can also drop out.
Everything is checked against a carefully planned, long prompt that I built from over 6 years of experience. The bot checks every detail and every red flag. That runs from whether a website is a larp, through bundles and wallet scans, to all the socials and much more. The channel was launched after a week of testing that came back positive.
At the end of the day, it's still up to the narrative, the team and the holders to deliver, so pick the coins that suit you best.
Important: pick coins carefully based on your own judgment and preferences, and always DYOR before buying. None of these calls are paid. I take no responsibility for any financial losses you may suffer, so trade at your own risk.
Wishing you lots of success and fun!

More people need to know the truth about Ansem. He and Banks have been farming this community for years, and I'm honestly surprised he still has a platform. People like him, Orangie and Rasmr shouldn't have a voice in this space at all.
He's reportedly made around $10M off Ansem. He could have saved the chart if he wanted to, but he'd rather go on his podcasts or post useless Bitcoin calls, like the "90K by the end of the week" one from two weeks ago. How many people got liquidated because of that? 🤔

Just read that 9 people were drained for over $900K on Bloom today. They're posting that they'll reimburse everyone, and people are calling them heroes.
Then I scrolled down their profile and found this post from 4 days ago. Yeah, you can forget about that $900K, fam, it's not happening 🤣🤣🤣
By the way, @bubblemaps already debunked the claim that he made bank on Trump.

He holds over 50% of the total supply. Can you also mention that the actual liquidity is only 300K? His $19.7M only exists on paper and in your jewish head.
Keep getting kids addicted to gambling, the end is near.
WOW! Just 14 hours ago, @slingoorio’s portfolio was worth $8M, now it’s worth $19.7M 🤯
He’s up $16M in the last 24 hours, with $9.47M of that coming from his Big Titty Coin position!

Tg link in bio.
I could easily charge for this, especially considering I’m using up my own grok limit to bring you these scans, but I’m doing it for the community.

Don’t know what’s worse lately: Alon, Pump fun’s CEO, retweeting kimchi rugs, or people still falling for RASMR’s lies in 2026.

I've been digging into $PoUT for the last 3 days with Grok, checking the code, not just reading the posts. Here's what they've delivered.
Day by day, real commits. Their public GitHub has been updated almost daily. I cloned it and checked every update myself.
First check: 75 Rust tests passing, 23 of them brand new. Their Python reference implementation gave exactly the same results as the Rust code, and all 113 file checksums matched.
Their own review found bugs (storage accounting, validation logic), they fixed them publicly and added regression tests. Internal workspace went from 946 to 968 passing Rust tests with zero failures.
Today's commit: 52 files and over 69,000 new lines, including all 65,536 encoders (2^16) of a 4-bit test model, counterexamples, 128 deterministic request vectors and synthetic frames. I ran it: 52/52 Python tests pass, all 75 Rust tests still pass, and the checksums match for all 157 files.
Real tests, not cosmetic ones. Change a single value in the data and the tests fail immediately. Deliberately broken frames get rejected, and flipping even one bit gets caught. Everything runs offline and regenerates byte-for-byte identical, so anyone can verify it.
Honesty you rarely see. The dev openly says what's solved and what's still research, and doesn't pretend consensus is done. At this stage most devs post hype and roadmaps with zero code. Here you get commits, tests and checkable evidence, with the limitations kept visible.
A microcap with a working public repo, real tests and a dev who reports his own bugs is rare.
On top of that, there's an interesting rumor going around: the team may be connected to DegenX on Avalanche, which hit a ~$13.5M ATH back in 2023. It would explain why they're running an X account from 2022. The account has almost no reposts, but I dug into it with Grok and found that it actually reposted an Avalanche post about DegenX back in 2023. That's not hard proof, but it's a real link and it adds weight to the rumors.
DYOR, but I checked the code with Grok, and it holds up.

I’ve noticed that over the last couple of months, a lot of people have been trading through Uniswap, MetaMask, Phantom, etc. I stopped using those a long time ago because the whole process takes too much time.
I keep getting asked what I use, so here it is.
I’ve uninstalled Phantom because the whole setup changed and I got lost in it. I still have Uniswap and MetaMask, but I don’t really use them anymore.
I just use BasedBot on telegram:
t.me/based_eth_bot?start=r_B…
It’s the most popular telegram trading bot, it makes everything so much easier.
You have both EVM and SOL wallets. EVM covers the other EVM-compatible chains, while SOL is for solana.
If you want to bridge just hit bridge, select the wallet, choose the chain you’re bridging from and the chain you’re bridging to, and you’re done.
Want to buy a token? Paste the CA and buy.
That’s literally it. No messing around with multiple apps or complicated setups and on top of that you earn cashback from your trades.
It’s the easiest shit ever, I swear. 🫡
@BasedBot @ox1mus 👏
