Proud to represent the Legislature on the @CCEMonroe Board of Directors at their annual meeting! Experiencing interactive ag education firsthand (like testing the calf delivery simulator) is a great reminder of CCE Monroe's impact across Monroe County.

Thanks to everyone who came to the Legislator Town Hall where we covered important County updates directly impacting Irondequoit. We talked Thomas Ave trees, investing in food waste diversion and EV stations, pedestrian safety, the zoo, & protecting our most vulnerable neighbors.

When government entities work together, our families win! I was glad to be on hand to celebrate a new accessible playground at Town Hall's backyard made possible with funds from NY State. Modern and accessible play spaces directly enhances the quality of life in Irondequoit.

Cultivating crops and careers! It was great visiting Cornell Cooperative Extension- Monroe County to see the GROWS program in action. They’re not just growing fresh produce, they’re empowering participants with hands-on urban agriculture, job readiness, and real workforce skills.
