At first I thought it was a joke then I was seeing in the comment section of the Spanish fans saying that the small clubs are doing it against Barcelona cuz they know they can’t compete.. so they will rather rest the players against Barca and play them against teams they know they can compete

LaLiga teams are now claiming that the reason they rest or bench their players against Barcelona is because they already know they’re going to lose, so they prefer to keep their best players fresh for games they believe they can actually compete in.
