I’m sure this accident happening less than 48 hours after Trump’s DOJ sued to invalidate the Alaskan election results if Peltola were elected US Senator is just a coincidence…

Being honest is not something that Slovenian has ever been accused of being. She stole former First Lady Michelle Obama’s speech in 2016, now she’s stealing valor from the Holy Father.
This is a scheme to get her a @NobelPrize Peace Prize since her felon hubby is a nonstarter.
This is totally dishonest. The White House didn’t work with Pope Leo XIV on securing this temporary ceasefire.
Leo XIV was involved with this for months.
Even while he was in the hospital recovering from lung cancer surgery, he called Putin and then Zelenskyy.
The pope wasn’t a supporting actor. He was the protagonist.

NEW: Denver Archbishop James Golka distanced himself on Friday from the White House video of him praying over President Trump, saying he had expected a private meeting. He stopped short of apologizing.
He told the Denver Catholic he is “heartbroken that people are hurt,” then accused some Catholics of using the moment to sow disunity.
The division came from the photo op itself, staged in the Oval Office 12 days before an election. None of the other 11 bishops has responded to requests for comment. thelettersfromleo.com/p/arch…

In January, a senior Pentagon official summoned Pope Leo XIV’s ambassador and lectured him on American military power. Then someone in the room invoked the Avignon Papacy, when the French Crown used force to bend a pope to its will.
Vatican officials read it as a threat. The pope has not given an inch since. thelettersfromleo.com/p/the-…
This English-challenged nude model isn’t trying to take credit for Pope Leo XIV’s outreach and negotiations from last week, is she?
Unless these guys were there performing an exorcism, this is a new one, rogue priests praying with He Whose Name Shall Not Be Spoken.

I’ll stipulate that Trump is an agent of Putin.
Go down the checklist.
1. Destroyed the Western alliance? Putin wanted that.
2. Threatened a NATO ally over Greenland? Putin wanted that.
3. Pulled out of the intermediate nuclear pact? Putin wanted that.
4. Withdrawing 25-40,000 troops from Western Europe while Russian bellicosity is rising? Putin wanted that.
5. Russian satellites giving coordinates to Iranians killing our soldiers, and his response is “they kill us, we kill them”? What American president says that?
I think he’s been compromised.
The election of Donald Trump may be the greatest foreign policy success in post-Czarist Russian history.

It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.
To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically.
Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country.
Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case.
Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve.
In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota.
The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.
When your boss tells you to do something, you do it, just like Trump did.
President Trump signed an executive order on Friday waiving new sanctions and tariffs on Russia required under the law named after the late Sen. Lindsey Graham, just two days before they were set to take effect.

I’m told Trump was embarrassed by the coverage of Zacharia’s briefing and when he polled other aides about her, Zacharia had few allies willing to stand up for her or defend her performance. The main reason he rushed to select her after growing irritated with how long the process was taking to replace Karoline Leavitt was because he wanted more people defending him on TV. When she failed to do so in a sufficient way with Sean Hannity, Trump said he knew she needed to go.

That was the 50’s and sales were commission based.
