Dear Walmart Ethics and Compliance Team, I am writing to formally request the permanent removal of Pudgy Penguins products from Walmart.com and @Walmart stores due to serious concerns surrounding Luca Schnetzler, also known as Luca Netz, particularly his role in Abstract Chain, which has left hundreds of thousands of users financially harmed, as well as allegations concerning his previous projects and business practices. My concerns are based on my own experience with @AbstractChain, as well as the publicly available information and evidence outlined below. I actively participated in its ecosystem for nearly two years, accumulated millions of XP, and estimate that I spent approximately $30,000 across the ecosystem. I have also publicly documented my personal experience with Abstract Chain in the following post: xitter.gq/silentbuilder3/status/… Throughout this period, Luca Netz and the Abstract team made numerous statements and promises regarding XP, potential rewards, a future token, and the value users could receive for their participation. These promises encouraged users to continue investing their time, money, and effort into the ecosystem for nearly two years. However, Abstract Chain subsequently announced its wind down without delivering on the promises made to its community. Users who had dedicated substantial time, effort, and money to the ecosystem were left without the promised token rewards or meaningful compensation for their accumulated XP. In my view, this represents a serious failure to honor the expectations created by the project's own communications and has left many community members feeling betrayed and financially harmed. I want to emphasize that this is not simply a matter of an unsuccessful project. People spent nearly two years contributing to an ecosystem based on repeated statements and expectations that were never fulfilled. Their financial investments, time, and efforts were effectively left unrewarded. I also urge Walmart to review the following publicly available materials concerning Luca Netz and his previous activities: 1. @NFTherder's Research: "LUCA NETZ: FROM RUG PULLS TO RICHES" This investigation raises serious questions and allegations regarding @LucaNetz's previous NFT projects, claims associated with those projects, wallet transfers, and the source of funds reportedly used in connection with the Pudgy Penguins acquisition: xitter.gq/NFTshepard/status/1710… 2. @horlomite's X Post This post by Horlomite provides additional information and raises further questions concerning Luca Netz and his previous activities. I encourage Walmart to review it as part of its independent assessment: xitter.gq/horlomite/status/17104… 3. Marketing Course Training Footage Training footage reportedly associated with a marketing course sold by Luca Netz is featured in a video published on my own X account. The footage discusses marketing strategies involving charitable appeals, luxury positioning, and purchased social media engagement. I believe this material warrants further examination, and I encourage Walmart's Ethics and Compliance Team to review the video and independently assess its contents: xitter.gq/silentbuilder3/status/… 4. @Nexus_Epoch's Video Summarizing Evidence X user @Nexus_Epoch has prepared and published a video containing summaries of some of the evidence and allegations surrounding these matters. I strongly encourage Walmart's Ethics and Compliance Team to review this material: xitter.gq/Nexus_Epoch/status/211… I understand that allegations and publicly available materials should be independently evaluated and that they do not, by themselves, constitute legal findings. However, the volume and seriousness of these concerns deserve attention, particularly from a major retailer such as Walmart. I do not believe a company with Walmart's reputation should continue providing a retail platform for products associated with an individual facing such serious questions about his business practices and the treatment of his communities. I therefore urge Walmart to: 1. Conduct an independent review of the concerns and publicly available evidence regarding Luca Netz and his associated projects. 2. Reconsider its business relationship with Pudgy Penguins. 3. Permanently remove @pudgypenguins products from Walmart.com and its physical stores. Relevant Links: My Personal Experience with Abstract Chain: xitter.gq/silentbuilder3/status/… NFTherder's Research: "LUCA NETZ: FROM RUG PULLS TO RICHES": xitter.gq/NFTshepard/status/1710… Horlomite's X Post: xitter.gq/horlomite/status/17104… Marketing Course Training Footage, Video Published by Me: xitter.gq/silentbuilder3/status/… Nexus_Epoch's Video Summarizing Evidence: xitter.gq/Nexus_Epoch/status/211… Walmart's Pudgy Penguins Product Listings: walmart.com/browse/pudgy-pen… I respectfully request that Walmart take these concerns seriously, investigate the matter, and provide a written response confirming receipt of this complaint and explaining whether the company intends to take action regarding these products. Thank you for your time and consideration.
In Feb 2025, Luca Netz asked a room in Paris to hold him accountable for Abstract! A month later, Abstract’s lawyers told the SEC a token was “currently under development.” On 6 Oct 2026: no token, no airdrop, and new terms capping what users can recover at $100. The Abstract File 👇

A view on $BTC here looking at basic indicators that have served me well over the years. Pls zoom in on the chart I attached before reading below. 1. The volume profile (bars on the left) show a lot of Bitcoin exchanged from 77-85k. It is quite evenly distributed showing interest at all levels in this region 2. At present we are in an airpocket to 65k. Very little volume traded in the impulsive from 65k-77k in mid-Aug. This doesn't mean much alone just an observation that adds some caution 3. This volume profile is supported by the 200D EMA (thick red line). We are resting just above it. The same for 200D SMA we are resting just above Given how well Bitcoin has traded despite a massive hack and stonks nuking makes me think this is the place you want to add if you were sidelined. Supported by EMA and volume profiles. With the caution that there isn't much support wrt historical volumes below the current price and if we do get another surprise (its the weekend) it is possible we visit the low 70s You will never catch the bottom You will never catch the top All you can do is use your judgement to scale in or out when you think its close enough If you think 100k is a possibility in 12 months then the trade for you is: Buy today It tests 70k - you lose 10% It moves from here and reaches 100k - you gain 30% A classic 1:3 risk:reward NFA DYOR markets and life can be absurd

Does Pump's full-stack position create an advantage? Michael breaks social trading into three stacks: 1. Token launchpad and bonding curve. 2. Trading venue/DEX for graduated tokens. 3. UX, social experience and organic distribution. Pump Fun is the only app in the his assessment with all three. Meanwhile, Axiom, GMGN and FOMO generate substantial volume from Pump-launched tokens. Their interfaces compete for users, but Pump and creators capture economics from the underlying infrastructure. Read Michael’s broader assessment of solana:pumpCmXqMfrsAkQ5r49WcJnRayYRqmXz6ae8H7H9Dfn , including its token economics, buyback strategy, creator incentives, user retention and cross-chain competition and what these mean for its investment case. Crypto sentiment has broadly shifted from extreme greed in September to fear in October as BTC continues to straddle $80k. Meanwhile, the altcoin reset looks nearly complete. On the TradFi side: - 59% of the S&P 500 is now in a bear market (down 20% +). - 41% of stocks are down more than 30%. - 17% of stocks are down more than 50%. - Neoclouds, memory, power/tooling stocks adjacent to AI are down 30-50%. - Gold is down 28%. - Silver is down 55%. - Long bonds are down 10% since the Iran war started, with yields up 100 bps. - Quantum/space/meme stonks are down 50-80%. ---- Of course, with asset prices falling, investor psychology tends to extrapolate forward (how much worse it could get). But that's a lot of wealth destruction that has *already occurred.* What if the economy remains healthy (Q3 GDP est. 3.5%? Does that mean the bears and doomers are increasingly offside? ---- I'm sharing a full breakdown for Pro members on Wednesday. A year ago the $PUMP trade was solely reliant on revenue from lowcaps.... Fast forward 12 months and its become so much more. $PUMP now have: 1. Pre bonding tokens 2. Pumpswap 3. Terminal 4. Pump App (perps + cross chain trading + pack opening) The $PUMP trade has become far more than just betting on the biggest launchpad in the world. In a world where reaching financial freedom has become unattainable the only way is to inherit it, build a successful business, or hyper-gamble your way into a new social class. $PUMP is the casino of dreams for this. During peak euphoria, $PUMP were making ~5m a day. At some point in the next 2 years there will be a period where $PUMP make $1B+ in a single quarter. Over $10m+ a day. $20B FDV is programmed.

Over the last 30 days, Derive has remained over 90% of the onchain options market. In that same time frame, we’ve done about 5% of Deribit’s options volumes, up from 0.1% a year ago. It’s difficult to build momentum in this category because of the uniquely strong network effects around options markets. Users and market makers hold positions and collateral on exchange for the duration of an option, often many months. The difficulty and cost of integration are a liquidity provider is an order of magnitude higher than perps. Options markets are also the last vertical to mature in any asset class. Onchain has finally broken the dam - and Derive, alongside all of our builders and partners, has a chance to redefine the options category, first in crypto, and then beyond. The tailwinds are enormous, and still underappreciated by most people I speak with. 1. Bringing options liquidity onchain unlocks more functionality than any other vertical: programmable, composable building blocks for precise, tailored yield generation, hedging, and speculative trades. One click hedges embedded in every brokerage and fintech, yield generation strategies with verifiable backtests and transparent risk, on any asset, new social trading experiences built using the kinds of trades only options can support. 2. AI for UX: the biggest barrier to entry to trading options is understanding. 2026 has seen a step function change in how models reason about options. This has yet to filter through to UX, but is coming. People shouldn’t trade options if they don’t understand them. But - given they want to express an opinion about the market - they should be able to find the best way to translate that into a trade. Options are often the best way to do so. 3. AI for agentic trading: options give you thousands of ways to express a view across strikes, expiries and structures. For many traders this is overwhelming, but for agents, it’s a much more useful set of choices. My wager is that agents will prefer specificity and precision when executing trades: not just whether an asset goes up or down, but how far, by when, and with how much risk. Options are the answer. These tailwinds are strengthening just as our liquidity hits an inflection point. Big integrations take time to come to fruition, but we’re seeing the results month by month, with many more in the pipeline. At the same time, we’ve completed our biggest infrastructure upgrade in 3 years, taking what was already a leading onchain product into what I believe is the best options infrastructure anywhere. We have so much more work to do, and will be constantly taking feedback, iterating on the product, and ensuring that every dollar of liquidity that onboards to Derive is earned. But we really are only at the dawn of the last major trading vertical to move onchain, and in my opinion, it will be the largest.

BTC continues to outperform Nasdaq, now up 40% since late June. This matches what we saw in the "early bull" in '23, when BTC outperformed the index for nearly six months off the lows, through a rocky macro period (inflation, war, rate hikes, just like today). The market view is often that BTC is "levered Nasdaq." But that's not always the case. BTC's correlation breaks down at various points in the cycle for a very predictable reason: market structure. --- I'm sharing a "Cycle Awareness" update with readers of The DeFi Report tomorrow. Lengthy update to my $DRV bull thesis incoming, but TLDR: Price has doubled to $0.08 since my first post and I'm still looking to accumulate more at this price level. That's virtually never the case in crypto. Candidly, as bullish as I am on $HYPE, I'm absolutely looking to trim some of my position if it were to quickly run up to $70 because the bull case just wouldn't be the same at that valuation. It's fees/mcap ratio would go from fair value territory to highly speculative. The valuation framework I apply to most coins can be succinctly summed up by four questions: 1. The classic "Can I see this doubling, and can the guy buying it from me also justify it doubling?". $DRV currently sits ~$100m FDV. My base case is $250-500m FDV, and I think there's a reasonable path to $1bn+ FDV over a 1-2 year time horizon. Buying here is still deep value territory by every metric. It's annualizing about $2.5m in fee revenue YTD, which puts it in the same ballpark as @Hyperliquid on a fee/FDV ratio (so significantly better than 99% of other coins). The key difference get's to my next question... 2. What's it's valuation relative to it's total addressable market (TAM)? While the TAM for on chain perps is massive, $HYPE valuation already reflects that. @DeriveXYZ occupies a similar, arguably even stronger, monopoly status in the on chain options market. $HYPE now trades at 300x the valuation of $DRV, and I do not think on chain perps have 300x the TAM of on chain options. Deribit does about 2x the options volume of OKX and is valued at ~10% ($2.9bn valuation when Deribit was acquired by Coinbase vs $25bn valuation for OKX on the recent ICE investment). Acknowledging different market conditions for those valuations, I still think it's conservative to say crypto perps only have a 25-50x larger TAM than options. If the on chain perp dex market is currently worth ~$40bn, I feel very comfortable saying on the on chain options protocols market can be worth ~$1bn. And @DeriveXYZ is 80-90% of it. 3. If my thesis is correct, does the token actually stand to benefit? Surprisingly important question in an industry full of useless governance coins with no value accrual. 🤡 The $DRV token is the only form of equity for @DeriveXYZ. No dual equity structure here. Currently doing 25% buybacks, which I actually think is the correct percentage at this stage of development. The market is not properly pricing in the current level of fee growth, and it is especially not pricing in the potential of that buyback % increasing over time. The team tokens don't even vest until certain metrics are hit, a practice I'd like to see the rest of the industry adopt. I feel comfortable in saying that $DRV token price will increase commensurate with Derive's metrics. 4. What's the catch? Why am I right and the market is wrong? What do I know that other's don't? Here are the other points of my thesis that I think are being mispriced by the market: The nature of the opportunity here is timing and attention. All crypto valuations are highly depressed (or simply finding fair value justifiably much lower). This is not the only 5-10x candidate out there right now. There's just no eyes on it and not enough money looking to invest in liquid tokens. On chain options used to have a terrible UI/UX. Not enough people know how to use RFQ (request for quote) and they think there is no liquidity because they're only setting limit orders in the order book. @DeriveXYZ is accomodating massive size via their RFQ system. You can see massive positions getting filled. As more people understand this, adoption is likely to skyrocket. In the same way that @HyperliquidX at it's core is part regulatory arbitrage (giving US traders access to perps when they couldn't get Binance/OKX/Bybit accounts), @DeriveXYZ is connecting you directly with top OTC desks that would never deal with you directly. There is a huge moat in doing all the BD work to provide users this access. Perps volume and OI on @DeriveXYZ HAVE to scale with increased options volume and OI. Market makers need to hedge their positions on app to benefit from cross margining and netting of risk. If I buy 100 $BTC calls, the maker that sold them to me needs to hedge that delta via an offsetting perps position. It is massively advantageous, if not necessary, for them to do this on @DeriveXYZ. This is why there's $1bn $BTC OI on Deribit perps. @HyperliquidX is obviously the premier and superior perps dex, but don't underestimate @DeriveXYZ perps volume on $BTC, $ETH, $SOL, and $HYPE going forward. In a world of useless perp dexes getting wash trade volume, they are positioned to get meaningful and durable perps flow. Market is absolutely not pricing any perps adoption growth for them. On chain forms of yield and carry are drying up. @ethena Funding rate arb, @pendle_fi PT token looping, perps dex point farming, it's all barely above the risk free rate. All of these forms of excess yield were always destined to dry up. The only meaningful way to generate excess yield will be taking the risk and selling volatility. This is why $IBIT options do so much volume. Institutions love harvesting vol premium. Whether they know it or not, all @Uniswap or @aeroxyz LP's are just selling volatility for yield. I'd argue most of them are being wildly undercompensated for the volatility they are selling. Options are the correct and only way to express these views, and more and more teams will try to productionize options into a more pleasant UI/UX for users looking to generate income against their crypto at the expense of taking on that volatility. Obviously I'm biased and I own some $DRV. But it's objectively shaping up to be one of the best growth stories of 2026. Don't look a gift fire horse in the mouth; $DRV is still a steal at this level.
Bought $DRV at $0.04 Had poked around with the platform since the Lyra days, but now with $HYPE options live, it's been great to use. I think this environment for $HYPE is particularly well suited to options, and you can get filled competitively in size with their RFQ platform. I'm a big believer in trying everything early and owning what I like find actually useful, which has led me to a lot of gems early in the past ( $GMX, $PENDLE, $HYPE). @DeriveXYZ has a very close UI/UX to Deribit, a wide variety of yield bearing collateral and interest on USDC collateral, portfolio margin. Key to getting filled in size is to just ping their team and use the RFQ. I definitely don't think on chain options have the same potential TAM as on chain perps (Deribit acquired for only $2.9bn), but the clear industry leader in on chain options is trading mostly liquid at $60-70m FDV with 25% buybacks enabled and a 2x better annualized fee/FDV ratio than @Hyperliquid (16.4x FDV/fee vs 34.6 FDV/fee for $HYPE). Kinda feels like a hidden gem to me. Happy with a 5x to a measly 1% of $HYPE FDV.

everyone in crypto is so miserable when the market starts to chop and bleed which is hilarious because it literally does this 80% of the time whether you’ve been here 8 years or 8 months this is exactly what you’ve gotten accustomed to for a large majority of the time you’ve spent in this market most of the year we do a bunch of nothing or bleeding, then a few times out of the year we have absolutely manic rallies get used to it. adapt if you haven’t already; this will never change. same way that during rallies you will always have to hear most complain about “but if you missed these 2 weeks in the market, then you missed the entire move up, so hardly anyone is having fun” like clockwork, we have this same conversation once every few months. we will have it again a few months from now too. realize that there is always something to complain about if you allow yourself to be a complainer my advice is to stop sharing in the same perspectives as the majority of people because the majority of people are losers. which inherently means most people won’t appreciate the cadence of the message in this post, good. you’re not supposed to.

And Bitcoin? A new 4-year cycle bull market could be underway, based on its power law patterns. There doesn’t seem to be a narrative, but then again, bull markets rarely start with one.
