Yes, EasyCatalog is 64bit (it has been for a while now) and has also been notarized by Apple so should install fine. You may need to re-download the installer from our web site though.
I think you also sent a support request to our web site, which we have now answered. It really depends on how your data is structured: if you have multiple image fields in the data you just include multiple image boxes in your Product Style and set the empty ones to delete.
Triple clicking in the panel will select all records/groups, or you can click and drag a marquee selection to select a range of records/groups.

Change the field's type to be "Alphanumeric" in field options. EasyCatalog will output the contents of the field exactly as they appear in the source data.
