Re-introducing myself since I've added thousands of new followers over the last few months... - I'm Hal Cranmer, and I'm 58. - I'm based in Phoenix, Arizona, and run 3 assisted living homes here. - Before this, I served in the Air Force as a pilot, then as an airline pilot. - I got into assisted homes initially as a real estate investment. - Decided to make a change in how I ran my assisted living home because of one resident: He was in a wheelchair and desperately wanted to move back home with his wife. I told him if he was able to get out of it & walk to her car to go back home, he can leave. He changed his diet, exercised and 4-5 months later did exactly that. - That one transformation is how I've helped dozens more residents get healthier - Shared my story online & connected with dozens of brilliant people, including doctors, researchers, and big names including Mikhaila Fuller (.@MikhailaFuller), Dave Feldman (.@realDaveFeldman), and Dr. Ken Berry (.@KenDBerryMD). - Recently launched Thrive At Your Home with Cari Kamp (.@kamptidbits), a private 12-week online program teaching families how to help their aging parent live healthier, with more energy and independently at home (8 more slots opening again tomorrow for August).
