ALT ALITO’S VOTING RIGHTS DATA FRAUD—SOURCES Callais v. Louisiana (2025): Alito claimed Black voters “turned out at higher rates than white voters in two of the five most recent Presidential elections” in Louisiana—citing a Trump DOJ brief using total adult population, not citizen voting-age population. That inflated denominator includes noncitizens and felons who can’t vote. Correct methodology (citizen voting-age population): Black turnout exceeded white turnout in Louisiana in ONE election—2012—not two. The Guardian, May 2025. Brennan Center: Alito cherry-picked the only two elections (2008, 2012) where parity briefly existed—driven by Obama’s candidacy. Since 2013, the racial turnout gap has exploded. His own Court’s Shelby County ruling accelerated it. Expert: “Someone knew what they were doing.” —Prof. Michael McDonald, Univ. of Florida, leading voter turnout expert.
