Encouraging that the Lakers were able to destroy a bad team instead of being in a dogfight you shouldn’t be in Still think a high level starting wing is much needed against the better teams, but loved what I saw from the big 3 in their 1st real game together

People think I’m pressed, I’m not. Yaxel Lendeborg held Luka Doncic to 1-6 when they were matched up. Luka Doncic is a top 10 unanimous player in the NBA. Yaxel Lendeborg is an 11th overall pick playing his first NBA game as a rookie. Yaxel Lendeborg won today, no question about it.

Lame ass front runner going at a rookie

Was it IMMATURE of Luka Doncic to trash-talk a ROOKIE? Or was it justified? And did Yaxel do his homework on Doncic well to keep him at bay? Luka Doncic with Yaxel Lendeborg as primary defender (half-court, first half): 0-of-4 FG. Without Yaxel as primary defender (remaining first-half half-court attempts): 6-of-8 FG.

Draymond Green on Yaxel Lendeborg going at Luka Doncic: “Everyone will say the rookie learned his lesson. What he learn? The next time he see him, go at his ass again.” Full soundbite

“It's not about not about like the foul call being called. It's about like him complaining the entire game” Yaxel Lendeborg says he lost all respect for Luka Doncic during Warriors-Lakers.

🚨 Luka on connecting with the fans “We want the support from fans. I know they work hard to get to the games, to get to the arena. I always had something in me that I need to have that connection. So I’m trying to welcome them to the new season and let them know that we really appreciate their support.”

Walker Kessler seems to be enjoying the Clint Capela role.
