Since we passed the Affordable Care Act, Republicans have tried over and over to repeal it. And over and over, they’ve failed — in part because millions of people now depend on the ACA for quality, affordable health care.
Now Republicans are trying something different: quietly weakening the law and hoping you won’t notice. We can’t let them.

If this is how this administration responds to a Senator with a question, you can only imagine what they're doing to farmworkers, to cooks, and to day laborers throughout California and across the country.
We will hold this administration accountable.

A better photo of the cat from Altadena 💔 Does anyone recognize this beauty?! He's currently at the Pasadena Humane Society and was so snuggly! Help us reunite him with his owners. ✨

BREAKING: The House just rejected a bill that could have given the Trump administration the power to crush dissent and go after political enemies.
This is a victory for all our right to speak truth to power.
As soon as tomorrow, the House will vote on a bill that would give the incoming Trump administration a new tool they could use to stifle free speech, target political opponents, and punish groups that disagree with them.

My new favorite word: sonder.
It's the profound awareness that every person you encounter has experienced a lifetime of hopes, fears, loves, and heartaches that you'll never know.
Each moment of sonder is a reminder to appreciate how little we truly grasp about others' lives.

Designers are underutilized in most companies.
They should hold equal status to PMs and influence strategy and decisions. Designers are incredible at designing processes and how we work to achieve outcomes, yet they often receive predetermined solutions. Inefficient "process."

Look at this big chunky weirdo. 🪨 I love it.
I spotted this boulder from a distance and have come in for a closer look. It’s harder than most, with an odd shape and makeup. #SamplingMars could be a challenge here, but I’m up for it!
ALT Photo shows a boulder on the surface of Mars, as photographed by NASA’s Mars Perseverance rover. Its rough shape includes both flatter and more bulbous sections. The boulder is surrounded by several smaller rocks and areas of fine-grained surface material. In the photo, which was taken with a wide-angle camera mounted low on the front of the vehicle, part of the rover’s left front wheel is visible at the lower left.
