Game does great numbers but still layoffs tho....to a studio that have put so much support for yotei smh...this industry is getting cooked this days
Sucker Punch is laying off 26 employees as part of cost cuts:
"After carefully observing the challenges in the market and reviewing the team needs for our next project, we've decided to make some staffing reductions. Several positions across Sucker Punch will be eliminated as a result."
"We know this is a lot to take in, and we want to assure you that we did not make this decision lightly. We have given this a lot of attention and worked to support our affected colleagues during this transition as well as we can. …There's no getting around that this is a hard day. Next week we will go into more details about the future."

10/10 tbh, played a lot of good exclusives and replayed a lot of games I’d already completed which has been fun.
According to VGChartz, In September PS5 sold more COMBINED than: Switch 2, Switch 1, Xbox Series X and S worldwide...
How is this possible with a higher price? wtf?
Console Units sold Worldwide sold to people:
- PS5: 1,111.3k
- Switch 2: 802.6k
- Switch 1: 169.9k
- Xbox Series X|S: 128.2k
This guy is a joke 4real....lol
Bruh...
After this, don't be surprised if premium first-party #PlayStation games get WORSE!
Why make critically acclaimed PlayStation exclusives, when most of the audience will buy Slop?

Phantom Blade Zero director credits PlayStation execs Shuhei Yoshida and Christian Svensson for bringing the game to the international stage.
"Holy sh*t! Who are you? This is so impressive."
"So, very luckily, Christian and Shuhei Yoshida and all the big guys are beside our table [...] and Christian said, 'Holy shit! Who are you? This is so impressive,' and so they invited us to join their showcase in 2023."
Phantom Blade Zero went on to become the second most viewed trailer from the PlayStation Showcase after Marvel's Spider-Man 2.
It was their first ever AAA game after making mostly mobile and smaller titles.
Crazy that, if not for pure chance, we might have never even heard about such an incredible looking game.
