Danica: Winter Palace's Attendant Shadow Head Maid of the Zapolyarny Palace Court #GenshinImpact #Danica A third-generation palace maid of the Postelnitskaya family, Danica has perfected the art of service. Precise as clockwork and silent as a shadow, she keeps the entire palace immaculately clean and in perfect order. But to think of her as merely an exceptionally capable housekeeper would be a grave misjudgment. When needed, Danica also serves as an unseen intermediary between factions in her capacity as the Tsaritsa's most loyal attendant. She conveys Her Majesty's will and mediates conflicting interests amid the undercurrents of political intrigue. When negotiations between dignitaries reach an impasse, she steps in to serve a cup of tea at just the right temperature. The soft clink of porcelain against the table often delivers a timely reminder to everyone present: Her Majesty's gaze has never left them. Few dare underestimate this young human woman. She trained under the Fatui Harbinger "The Captain" himself and once traveled from nation to nation as a mercenary. Beneath her elegant maid's uniform lie explosive strength and a will far beyond those of ordinary mortals... The same hands that brush the dust from a masterpiece with the gentlest touch can also swiftly sweep aside every obstacle in the Tsaritsa's path with an executioner's unflinching resolve. It is little wonder, then, that Danica, a woman of few words and fewer smiles, carries an undefinable air of menace. When her face tightens and her gaze suddenly darkens, the air around her seems to freeze, and those nearby instinctively hold their breath and fall silent. But only a handful of close friends know that the head maid may not be angry at all. She may simply have heard a joke that wasn't even particularly good, and be fighting with all her might to keep a straight face when the occasion demands solemnity.

#GenshinImpact #Danica "Well, well, if it isn't our dearest head maid! Off to buy groceries? Ooh, tight-lipped today, are we...? Hehe, a se~cret mis~sion. I get it, I get it! Let me give you a lift. It's freezing out, so hop on! Ahem... Ignoring me doesn't make you look cool, you know. Hey, where are you going? Heeey—!" — Vesna, calling out to Danica from inside a train the day before her driving ban was issued "You tattled on me to Her Majesty, didn't you!? You were the only one other than my colleagues on the train I saw yesterday, and... Hey, wait, did the corner of your mouth just twitch? That's a smirk! You're smirking at me! Hey! Say something, would ya!? Heeey—!" — Vesna, calling out to Danica from outside the train the day her driving ban took effect ◆Name: Danica ◆Title: Winter Palace's Attendant Shadow ◆Head Maid of the Zapolyarny Palace Court ◆ Stellar Linchpin: Electro ◆Constellation: Orcinus Orca

Anastasya: Frostcrown Revival Tsaritsa of All Snezhnaya #GenshinImpact #Anastasya About the Tsaritsa's past... Anastasya is a spirit born of frost. Her days spent in Monomakh's service at the court of the Pale Star were as gentle and beautiful as the auroras of Snezhnaya. Yet like the aurora itself, they too would eventually fade one morning, slipping forever beyond her reach. After being resurrected by the Heavenly Principles, Anastasya wandered through the wind and snow for centuries, searching for the past she had lost and seeking to unravel the mysteries of this cruel world. She came to understand with painful clarity that even her own emotions and feelings were nothing more than tools that could be manipulated at will. And so, once she could confirm that the person she used to be had at least truly understood and felt love deeply, she stopped searching. For that was enough. About the Tsaritsa's present... She trusts neither her memories nor her own feelings. Yet that doubt would strip a ruler of the decisiveness she must possess. She has every reason to resent for what she had suffered, should every reason to settle the debts of past grudges. Yet that rage would strip a ruler of the reason they must possess. And so, she casts aside her past and chooses to live only in the present. Anastasya never takes her eyes off the sword hanging over them all. Someone has to do it. Someone must do it. For the sake of Snezhnaya and the entire world, she must always make the best decisions in the name of the Pale Star. Her decisions are sometimes cold, sometimes harsh. Yet those among her people who still choose to draw close to her can always see through to the gentle warmth beneath. About the Tsaritsa's future... Checkmate is not where the game ends. She knows that against the Heavenly Principles, even our "King" is just another ordinary piece on the board. Should the day come when a "sacrifice" becomes a necessary move... "I have taken my place on the board. Triumph or ruin, I shall see it through."

#GenshinImpact #Anastasya "... I still recall the first time I played chess against Her Majesty — in the pauses between her moves, my mind would wander... 'My liege, my cold and austere Tsaritsa, why do your eyes always conceal such profound and inescapable sorrow?'" — "Witch J" Ioanna Ivanovna, in her memoirs penned during her later years ◆Name: Anastasya ◆Title: Frostcrown Revival ◆Tsaritsa of All Snezhnaya ◆ Gnosis: Cryo ◆Constellation: Autocratrix Anastasis
