Georgia's top flight, the Erovnuli Liga. Wales's Cymru Premier, with English commentary on some games. Serbia's second tier, the Prva Liga. The USL Championship and USL League One in the United States. Canada's Northern Super League, in the women's game. @BeGriffis has put together a sheet of free links for 60+ leagues and competitions. I've put it in the comments. And if there's a ground near you, go and watch games live. You'll see things that the video misses. Clubs use Wyscout because it saves time. Every game and every clip in one place. It's a required tool. And If you get a role at a club, you'll probably get access. Before that, you don't need expensive subscriptions. Nobody hiring you cares where you watched the game. They care what you saw, your process and your output. Which league are you focusing on? And where are you watching the games?
