In 2016, I began this out of love for the sport in my area. But it’s time for a new chapter in my life. 931 Hoops has been a blessing I’ll look back on fondly, but as I’m entering my late 20s God is calling me for something else. Thank You for 8 fun Years❤️. Signing off!
I'm mad that the last NBA Finals before I pull the plug on 931 Hoops Report is Dallas likely going out in a sweep. Biggest letdown of an NBA Finals since 1995 Magic Rockets.
Yet to even see this reported, but Clarksville Academy Head Coach Matt Hoppe took the job at Boyd Buchanan back in early April. But his replacement is none other than former Kenwood star from the class of 2010 DeeDee Smith, who gets his first high school gig in his early/mid 30s.

Congrats to JJ Wheat on his commitment to South Alabama in the Sun Belt Conference 💜💛
Update: Cam’s visitation will take place at Foston Funeral Home off Franklin Street in Clarksville, lasting from noon to 7PM Friday. Celebration of Life remains unchanged at Mosaic Church. – at Tennessee, USA
Official details for Cam Ward’s celebration of life. Visitation this Friday night with the Homecoming taking place Saturday Morning!
I’d want to keep this professional given as a journalist in a respect it’s what I’m called for, but I truly don’t know how I can. I’m 26 & the small age gap has made it easy through this platform to make player friendships. With Cam, it was no different! instagram.com/p/C5O_wWXPCQA/…

For those who can donate:
@Rossview_ballin senior Cam Ward passed away on Friday during a pickup basketball game.
I coached at Rossview and played for Coach Jackson in high school. They just celebrated their first state tournament appearance.
Thinking of his family, friends, and teammates.

An incredible young man that got the most out of every day. His smile lit up every room that he entered. I loved that dude so much. God must have needed a warrior. My guy will be so missed. #aaaaaaaaaahbooooooooo

My heart aches for his brother Messiah and the rest of the Ward family along with Johnny and his Rossview peers. Cam was special. Rest easy, young man.
