I won't deny that I didn't like Sarada's NNG outfit, but TBV is honestly her best design of all time and it's Kishimoto's fav design.
It is what it is, Boruto fans just dont want her to wear clothes until she gets older, Kishimoto gave her a nice Naruto ninja fit and Ikemoto took her clothes off no arm sleeve no shorts, unzipped top, no leg sleeves or ninja pouch and high heels, tighter dress. I mean the author apologized for it, Somebody gives her a cool clothed TBV design and they say "well she's 15 not 20" like that means she has to show skin until she becomes grown then that would be appropriate for her to dress like a Naruto franchise character and not a city anime show.

They say a jacket gets in the way of Sarada fighting, yet they want to put her in a damn long dress with a piece of fabric between her legs, and they’re trying to convince us that that won’t hinder her fighting at all 😭🤣

🚨 WHY DIDN’T IKEMOTO JUST FOLLOW KISHIMOTO’S ORIGINAL DESIGN FOR SARADA?
I genuinely feel like that design suited her character so much better. It had the look, personality and presence you’d expect from someone carrying the Uchiha name.
I understand that artists have their own creative direction, but I honestly don’t think every character needs such a drastic redesign.
Sarada had so much potential with her original look, and I still wonder why they decided to take such a different direction with her character design.

I'm genuinely curious: why would a girl who dressed like that as a child suddenly dress like some kind of traveling villain? Especially when completely different events are happening in her life. Fans of this AI design don't seem to understand Sarada at all.

What irritates me is people who larp the manga talking with such confidence and arrogance.
You just made everything up and tried acting like you wanted ‘better’ for Sarada.
The very FIRST and LAST chapters of TBV have her doing the exact opposite of what your ‘facts’ claim.
Ikemoto has failed to properly demonstrate sarada's intelligence so what exactly makes her so smart??
I came across a fandom based poll where she was voted one of the smartest female anime characters. Honestly it felt more like fans voting for their favourite character than judging whats actually been demonstrated in manga.
But what about her intelligence in the actual writing??
She wants to become hokage but barely demonstrates any political intelligence, she also has mangekyo sharingan yet her combat IQ, battle experience and analytical abilities are barely explored.
Manga spends more time making her obsessed with boruto and exploring her romantic feelings than actually using her uchiha brain to investigate, strategise or come up with meaningful solutions.
I genuinely want the best for sarada but simply being sasuke's daughter doesn't automatically make her a genius and using fan polls to prove her intelligence instead of actual manga writing is embarrassing.
