I understand why this happened -- MSU chose not to fight, perhaps to bolster the "show cause" firing of Mel Tucker -- however the fact that: 1. By giving $10,000 to six players, MSU got stiffer penalties, including vacated wins, than Michigan in all of its various infractions cases and ... 2.
